The house features a warm living-dining room, perfect for sharing moments together, watching a movie, or relaxing after a sunny day. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking: oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker. Everything is in place for a practical and comfortable stay.



There is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) ideal for children or friends, plus a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest.



Outside, enjoy the sunny terrace and enclosed garden—perfect for outdoor meals, reading, or relaxing in peace, with sun loungers provided. A true haven of tranquility, yet close to everything.



A garage is available for storing bikes and windsurf boards.



A certificate of liability insurance may be requested a few days before your arrival.



Check-in, key handover, and property presentation are managed by Conciergerie Océanis, who will also be available throughout your stay. The property will be checked upon your departure.



Cleaning fees and linen rental are available for an extra charge. Please tidy up before leaving (put away dishes, empty dishwasher, take out trash, etc.).
