Lovely holiday house with garden, sea view, La Croix Valmer, near Saint-Tropez

Lovely 4 beds house sets in its own grounds the other side of St. Tropez, in a residential and protected area. By a walk path directly in front of the garden, it's a short walking distance to a wonderful sandy beach which is not full of tourists. The mediterranean garden offers a good place to have some rest. A new jacuzzi, asking on demand, is very good for relaxing all the year. The neighbours in the area are quiet and friendly. The house has two floors.
On the ground floor, you enter in the main room with a sofa, a table to eat and a flat screen tv with a dvd player. The kitchen is directly connected with the dinning room. It includes a large new fridge, an oven, a dishwasher and all utensil to cook and eat.
In opposite to the kitchen, a toilet. On the second floor, thee bedrooms and a second bathroom are located. Two of the three bedrooms are connected between them with a large terrasse. From the terrasse, you have the nicest view of the house. You can see the islands of Port-Cros and l'île du Levant. There are two simple beds in the first bedroom, one single bed in the second room and one double bed in the last one. The house is limited to 5 people.
In front of the house, there is few free places of parking. Pets are not allowed ans it's a non smoking area.
