The fully equipped kitchen features professional appliances: a 5-burner stove, professional dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, workspace, step-free access, a baby cot, high chair, and filter coffee maker.
Outside, relax in the shared garden or on your private, uncovered terrace with a plancha grill. A games room offers table tennis and foosball—perfect for family or friends.
Parking is available on-site and on the street. Events are not permitted.
This carefully renovated former presbytery blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring original parquet and vintage tiles. One bedroom is on the ground floor with ramp access. In July and August, the supervised municipal pool is 200 m away. The river is nearby for walks or boating, and kayaking is available in nearby Tiercé.
