We love the property and the hostess excellent. Our only concerns were that we could not figure out how to operate the washer (dumb Americans) and the hot water got turned off some way. In both instances the hostess prompt to respond. Also, his recommendations about where to eat were excellent.

Laundry service was convenient. Terrace was nice and could be enjoyed all day as they have a overhead awning that can be used for direct sun. You could not see the street from the terrace only hear the sounds which was nice. A/c worked nicely and bed was comfortable Host met us and showed the apartment which was very helpful. Quiet building with small elevator. Only problem we had was getting a taxi on check out day. Had to walk with our heavy luggage to Duomo to get a taxi.

Checked in with us on the morning of arrival to make sure and be there at Apartment to check us in.He met us at the apartment and showed us details of the place.The Apartment was nice & clean. He was so kind and friendly as to give us recommendations of grocery stores, restaurants, wine patios, morning cafes, farmers market all within a 10 minute or less walk and a map where he drew directions. He gave us a warm & friendly welcome!My husband & I were in Florence for the last city of our European Honeymoon!This Apartment was a Home! We brought food home to enjoy breakfast & some dinners relaxing while sitting on the patio to enjoy the Amazing views and Springtime weather. This Apartment is so close to most of the major attractions of Florence that we walked everywhere and everyday came home with our Hearts & Bellys Full !VIVA FIRENZE!!

The location was perfect. The apartment itself was cozy and a great home base for your trip, though nothing luxurious. The shower is quite small and of course, being such an old building, the water pressure wasn’t great and the elevator was small. The terrace was adorable with a cool view of the iconic red roofs nearby - it doesn’t face the duomo. The host was helpful and polite, orienting us to the city when we checked in. I did have trouble easily finding the place at first because the app directed me to the wrong location, just a few meters away, but Emanuele was easy to communicate with and helped us in.

Great area from which to experience the sights and sounds of Florence. Emanuele was very helpful, pointing out excellent areas for exploration and eating. Great views from the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. There are a few stairs to the lift, but Emanuele hoisted our luggage up for us.

We had a great stay in Florence. The apartment was centrally located and well kept. We got lots of great recommendations from Emanuele when we checked in - very helpful!
