The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee and tea makers—ideal if you enjoy cooking for yourself while on holiday. For the perfect way to unwind after an active day, there’s a terrace, while indoors, a washing machine for your own use and a clothes drying rack provide additional flexibility. In total, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate guest bathroom, ensuring a relaxing stay even for larger groups. The property is designated as a non-smoking accommodation and features gas heating to maintain comfortable temperatures. Wi-Fi is available (25 Mbit/s or higher, e.g., VDSL), and there’s also a TV—so you’re well taken care of even when the weather is changeable. Contactless check-in and check-out are also convenient. A private parking space is available free of charge and serves as the perfect base if you’re travelling by car (a car is recommended). The property is enclosed and, with an area of approximately 300 m², offers additional privacy. Pets are welcome, though limited to a maximum of 3 animals.
