This well-equipped, 53 m² holiday apartment is located in beautiful Kühlungsborn. It spans two floors and offers you and up to 4 other guests plenty of space for a wonderful holiday. From a small hallway on the ground floor, a staircase leads you to the upper floor. On the upper floor of the apartment, you’ll find the living and dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing northwest.

The living area of the holiday rental is furnished with a cosy seating area, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and two dressers. The integrated and spacious dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals.

The kitchenette, which adjoins the living area, is equipped with a 2-burner hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a toaster.

The two bedrooms in the holiday rental invite you to enjoy restful nights. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and two nightstands. A large closet provides storage space for your luggage. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a single bed. A small closet is also available here for your belongings. You can use the curtains and blinds provided for privacy or to block out the light.

The naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet features a full-length vanity and a large mirror with lighting. The living area and bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

Wi-Fi access at the property is free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room and can be used for a fee. A bicycle parking area is available for bicycles.

The sauna is available year-round for a fee.

The table tennis table is also available for use during the summer months. The outdoor pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment in the immediate vicinity of the complex.
