Holiday Apartment 202 in the Meeresblick holiday complex is a two-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cosy holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn is located on the 2nd floor and features a spacious, furnished balcony with a partial view of the sea. With a size of 45 m², the apartment—featuring a living area, dining area, bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom—offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The beach is about 50 metres away.

In the spacious living area of the holiday rental, a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings watching TV.

The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-burner hob, and a microwave. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle are also available for your use.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A roller shade and curtains help block out the light. A wardrobe provides ample storage space (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).

The holiday rental features a tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror.

This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are allowed. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

The Meeresblick building, which features an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the Kühlungsborn beach promenade. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your holiday apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.50 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
