Charming two bedroom/2 bath cottage on the 7th fairway on quiet street in gated Innsbruck Golf Club community. Relax on the deck, screened porch or front porch rockers and enjoy the outdoors. Walk to Unicoi Lodge and have breakfast or lunch and take a hike around the lake. Little to no traffic on a cul de sac inside a gated community. King size (upstairs) and Queen size bed (downstairs) for your comfort, deluxe futon in loft for children. Cabin is charmingly decorated. Sleeps 4 adults and two children. All kitchen appliances , Coffee maker, etc are here for your convenience. Misrepresentation of your party will result in loss of deposit (doorway camera on porch). You owe it to yourself to get away from it all and relax!! Internet is provided with Roku tvs for you to log on to your own home tv services. The community is behind the river in Helen, we are near the back about an 8 minute drive from downtown, one mile from Unicoi State Park.

A copy of drivers license or government issued ID will be requested shortly before stay and is required of booking guest for guest verification and release of check-in information. Failure to comply will void reservation with no refund if inside of no refund period.

Very quiet, cozy cabin — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The area was lovely, and the instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Loved this cabin in gated community on golf course. Provided privacy while being close to activities in downtown Helen. Home was clean upon arrival. Perfect place for a mother and her 2 daughters. The cabin is decorated with mountain decor and antiques that are accurately pictured here online for approval BEFORE booking. Even stranger that someone would call it dated and invite friends and family over for a family gathering without notifying the host as requested in rental agreement. Glad the location worked out for you during your visit, we aim to please!

This place was amazing! My wife and 2 daughters booked this place for a weekend getaway and our first time to Helen and it did not disappoint! Close to town but still tucked away and private. Will definitely book again!
