Drei-Tage Kurzurlaub

Wir haben drei Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Mit einer Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch wurden wir begrüßt. Das Badezimmer war mit Toilettenpapier und einem Seifenspender ausgestattet. Überrascht waren wir, dass in der Küche kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. Dies haben wir bei der Buchung scheinbar überlesen. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hat es uns aber nicht gestört, das Geschirr mit der Hand abzuwaschen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist positiv hervorzuheben! Die Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern fühlen sich ziemlich weich und durchgelegen an. Wir haben leider nicht erholsam geschlafen. Die Matratzen zu erneuern, wäre für künftige Gäste eine sinnvolle Investition!

Bezüglich des Geschirrspülers möchten wir kurz anmerken, dass dieser nicht in der Beschreibung der Wohnung angegeben ist. Wir verstehen aber gut, dass man sich das manchmal automatisch anders vorstellt – danke für Ihren Hinweis dazu. Ihre Rückmeldung zu den Matratzen nehmen wir auf und werden diese zeitnah prüfen, da uns der Schlafkomfort unserer Gäste wichtig ist. Gleichzeitig hätten wir uns über die 3 von 5 Sternen ehrlich gesagt etwas gewundert, da Ihr Gesamteindruck doch überwiegend positiv war. Umso mehr danken wir Ihnen für Ihr Feedback, das uns hilft, uns weiter zu verbessern. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
