This typical Florida villa with a heated pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan American kitchen, and a cozy living area is beautifully and modernly furnished and located in a pleasant American neighborhood.

Villa Sandcastle is situated close to Cape Harbour. From here, it’s well worth renting a boat and heading out on a scenic trip into the Gulf to explore the surrounding islands—often accompanied by dolphins. Waterfront restaurants nearby offer typical Floridian cuisine, and there are also several shopping options. Additional restaurants, bars, and shops are just about a 5-minute drive away.

If you’re not spending the day at the beach, you can relax on the well-equipped pool terrace and enjoy the pool. In the evening, it’s the perfect opportunity to grill a great steak on the outdoor barbecue.

We welcome you with a starter package including:

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Small hand soap per bathroom
A small disinfectant
Dishwashing liquid and a few dishwasher tabs
Fresh dishcloths, brushes, and plenty of kitchen towels

The rental rate is based on an occupancy of up to 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged at the listed rate. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.

Electricity costs are charged at $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour. Meter readings are documented by photo at check-in and check-out.

For insurance reasons, we do not rent out boats, bicycles, or kayaks. However, there are many rental options nearby, and our local team will be happy to assist you.
