5 Terre - Lerici - House on the Gulf

We are in the village of Serra, just a 15-minute walk from Lerici. The House on the Gulf, located on the first floor and accessible by just two flights of stairs, overlooks a square with a playground, making it ideal for families. Upon entering, you’ll find a charming hallway leading to a new, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary accessories. The kitchen window opens onto lush greenery.



To the right, there’s a cozy double bedroom with stunning sea views and tastefully renovated original furnishings. Next door is a twin bedroom, where the beds can be joined if needed, also offering breathtaking sea views from its window. A modern bathroom with a spacious shower and wall-mounted fixtures completes the property. Thanks to its north/southwest orientation, windows in every room, and thick stone walls, this house stays pleasantly cool and airy without the need for air conditioning.



Downstairs, you’ll find a grocery store with fresh bread, homemade tarts, and local products. The House on the Gulf does not have private parking, but there are free public parking spaces at both ends of the village.



Serra is a place where children still play in the streets and squares, and in the morning you can enjoy a coffee at the bar while catching up with neighbors. The village welcomes you with its peaceful atmosphere and, why not, a good aperitif with a sea view after a long day.
