Beautiful Newly Remodeled Private Home; South-facing Pool-spa; close to Disney

Orange Tree Villa is a 5 bedroom/4 bath vacation home in Clermont, FL just 8 miles from Disney parks. It’s situated in a quiet residential neighborhood very convenient to grocery stores and retail shopping. The house is on lot with a south facing pool for all day sun and has a nature preserve behind for added privacy and relaxation. There are two master suites with king beds & full baths, and one master has a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms each have twin beds – one is a pink princess theme and the other a Mickey Mouse theme sharing a full bath. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The two masters and one queen bedroom each have flat screen TV’s. The kitchen is spacious and open with an L-shaped island and breakfast nook that seats 4 and is stocked with all essential dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances needed to cook for 2-10. The dining room off the kitchen seats 6 and opens to the great room with 2 couches, a lounge chair, another large new flat screen TV and bookshelves stocked with reading material, board games, color books and puzzles for kids. The great room opens to the covered lanai and pool/spa. Both master suites also have their own private door onto the pool deck. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. The garage has been converted into a game room with bead board paneling, carpet, a wet bar and gorgeous billiards table. There are two umbrella strollers and a high chair in the storage closet. Orange Tree is a subdivision with sidewalks and has tennis and basketball courts and a children’s playground within walking distance. Lake Louisa State Park is a 5 minute drive and offers beautiful lakes for fishing, canoe rentals, hiking trails, nature watching, cabin rentals and camp sites. There’s a family owned citrus grove and farm stand 5 minutes away with acres of pick-your-own oranges and fresh produce. In addition to all the Disney attractions being 20 minutes away, Clearwater Beach is a 2-hour drive southwest for spending a day on the white sandy shore and Kennedy Space Center is an hour away on the east coast. Within a 20 minute drive you’ll find outlet malls, movie theatres, mini golf, restaurants galore, tourist shops, Disney Springs and the quaint community of Celebration perfect for strolling through shops and cafes. All this and you can return to a quiet “home” to relax with family and friends, cook dinner, watch movies, swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub away from the crowds and chaos. HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My family and I recently stayed at Orange Tree. We knew immediately that we were going to love it! It was super clean, and had absolutely everything we needed to make our vacation easy. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and the house was spacious and inviting. The Bevecs were especially helpful during the rental process, and were always available if I had any questions. We spent most of our time at the parks and beach, but the area had plenty of available restraunts and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this home, we had a blast!

Wonderful home and close to theme parks

House was Immaculate and it felt like you were at your own home. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs. Pool was outstanding for all of us but our youngest grandson loved it the most. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms we could all have our privacy. Had to contact the managers of property for a slight problem and the responded immediately. If you have a large family and want to rent a beautiful home in a very nice area this is it.

Florida fun trip

We enjoyed our stay in this house very much and the owner Frank was very responsive when asked a question. There were 6 of us in our party, my son, his wife, their 2 boys (12 & 15) and 2 grandmothers. This house is large and there was lots of room. Everyone had plenty of space in their own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked really well with dishes, utensils, etc. and there were more than enough towels for the 4 bathrooms. The house is conveniently located to all of the main attractions as well as very close to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and the owners and would stay here again.

The Orchard Walk

Stay was great, home was great, pool was great, nothing to complain about here. I enjoyed most of my time with the kids playing on the pool table, or in the pool, or our favorite was picking oranges from the orchard, the older folks and kids loved it. Thanks guys! hope to stay again soon!

Stayed here with my family and with some friends for some golf trips. Close to everything you will need but far enough away to not have to worry about what is going on back home. Beautiful house and pool area for relaxing in!! Already booked for my 5th trip next year. Can't wait to go back.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 11 years to 15 months spent the week between Christmas and New Years at this beautiful, spacious home in Orange Tree Villa. It was perfect for our family, each couple had their own room and bath. The girls had the Princess room and the boys had the Mickey Mouse room with a shared bath. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and whirlpool after our busy days at Disney. The weather was outstanding and we couldn't have had a better time. Great location, very clean, nice décor and amenities. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend some quality time in central Florida in a very clean, comfortable and spacious property.

Amazing vacation rental!

We had THE BEST time staying in this HUGE and very clean home. We swam every morning and evening in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub several nights. Very close and easy drive to Disney parks. Close to grocery and pharmacy stores. Nice quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like "home away from home." We are eager to go back with my brother, his wife and their two children. This home is so huge it can, comfortably, fit 10 people.

Weekend getaway

What a beautiful home! I have never stayed in Clermont before but decided to give it a try for our long weekend in the area. It was centrally located to places we wanted to see. Shopping and antiquing were on our list and the area did not disappoint us. The home was well maintained and offered all the amenities we needed. I would recommend updating a couple of the beds - starting to feel worn down. Thank's to the Bevics for a great place to stay! I will certainly book this proporty again. God bless!

Stay CLOSE to Disney and get CLOSER as a family!

Extremely clean and beautifully appointed! Private pool and whirlpool were so nice to come "home" too after a busy day at Disney Parks. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep before each day of adventures. Highly recommend this Orange Tree Villa!!! Huge! Fantastic Property!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. It is very spacious, beautiful decorated, and impeccably maintained. Our kids loved the Mickey and Princess rooms, and we loved that there were several spacious master suites. The private pool was a definite plus; our kids wanted to leave Disney and instead come back to the property to swim! If it were up to them, we would have stayed at the house all day every day during our vacation. We recommend this to all our family and friends whenever we hear that they are going to the Orlando area.
