The home includes two upstairs king suites. The primary suite features a large walk-in closet with an electronic safe and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, two sinks, and a private toilet area. The second king suite has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Also upstairs are a queen bedroom and two colorful themed bedrooms—one with Mickey Mouse décor and one with a Princess theme. Each themed room has two twin beds. A full family bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

The first floor includes another queen bedroom just steps from a full bathroom. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping flexibility.

The open family room overlooks the pool area and offers comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and a large TV. The nearby dining room, breakfast area, kitchen counter seating, and outdoor dining furniture provide plenty of room for shared meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans.

Private Pool, Spa, and Outdoor Living

Enjoy sunny Florida days beside the large private pool and spa. The screened pool deck includes loungers for relaxing, outdoor dining furniture, and a covered lanai for shade. Child-safety alarms are installed on doors leading to the pool area.

Pool heating and grill rental may be available for an additional fee.

The air-conditioned game room offers pool, foosball, air hockey, and a Nintendo Wii for indoor family fun after the parks close.
