Nestled in the original five block square of Historic Downtown Franklin, you will be able to walk to the Square, the Franklin Theater, and all the charm of Main Street in less than five minutes. It is faster to walk than to drive! Truly, one of the most convenient locations available. The Franklin Guest House is a converted garage that has been renovated into a delightful guest house. The bedroom provides a peaceful night's sleep with its king size bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a full bath with a shower and jetted soaking tub combination.

There is a fully-equipped and updated kitchen with granite counter tops and tile backsplash. The dining area and living room's cathedral ceiling and skylights give this room an aura of beauty and warmth, and the sleeper sofa will accommodate two more guests! For your use, you will also find a new Whirlpool front loading washing machine and a front loading dryer. There is an extra 1/2 bathroom off the living area. There is a desk area for working guests with a WiFi speed of 1200 MbPS. This guest house is a one of a kind! This place was in a wonderful location. Just one block away from the downtown square. The rental house was so roomy, cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place!

All around great visit - charming location and perfect for short stay in Franklin. We enjoyed location - easy walks with the dogs, a short walk to The Coffee House which we enjoyed each day. Would highly recommend as quiet location one block from Main Street.

Our family loved Franklin, Tennessee before Garden and Gun Magazine named Franklin 'The Best Southern Town' or Southern Living Magazine ranked Franklin on their top 'Best Places List'. In fact, we have lived here for over 150 years, and my great great grandparents lived just a block away from our guesthouse during The Battle of Franklin! For generations we have known that Franklin was an extraordinary place, and we are proud to call it home!

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the most wonderful feature of
The Franklin Guest House! The guest house is within moments of Main Street. Our home is next door, and when my children were quite young; they were allowed to go to the shopping/dining area of Franklin by themselves. (Back then you could buy fried rice for 99 cents, plus Gray's Drugstore had penny candy!) Such a sweet place to raise a family! Even though stores have changed, the location is still the same.
