Come enjoy luxurious tropical waterfront front home with a sunset view from lanai and beautiful pool area. Home is completely renovated featuring natural travertine stone floors throughout the entire home, beautiful granite surfaces throughout, vaults, crown trim throughout, stainless appliances, large LED tv's in every room! Putting green. Dock has been upgraded with power, water and fishing cleaning station, and cleats. The home is beautifully furnished and was professionally decorated. This home is loaded with 5 large LED and Smart TVs throughout the home. Home has super-fast high-speed internet, and cable service provides 1000's of free streaming shows and movies to choose from! Whirlpool XL washer and dryer just added to the home. All bedrooms have quality high thread bed sheets, and the house is completely stocked with anything you can think of! We want you to be on vacation and not worry about the little things. This house is loaded with extras. Unlike most vacation homes, we provide almost all of the small convenience items so you can focus on your vacation. We have what we call the 'wall of fun' in the garage to accommodate your outdoor play. Beach & pool accessories provided, to multiple bikes in the garage, golfs clubs & tennis rackets, paddleboard and boogie board for the beach. This rental is 4 blocks from the beach, closer than 98% of the island! The house is loaded with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach carts, and beach towels for your use. There is a bike lane on the street in front of the house for use. We provide beach bikes in the garage for your enjoyment. There is a dock to fish off with fishing poles in the garage. We want all guests to enjoy Marco Island and can help with any suggestions on activities and restaurants, call anytime! Come enjoy paradise on Marco Island at our wonderful vacation home!

Relax in the 28x14 ft. heated pool, or simply lounge in the large, covered lanai. There are many seating options! Pool has NW exposure which gives you ample sun without overheating you. The vacation home is beautifully decorated with top of the line, comfortable furniture through-out. Master bathroom has a soaking tub & large separate shower.

The yard and landscaping surrounding the pool is full of beautiful tropical plants and palms trees making this vacation home a great tropical getaway!

Can't say enough good things about this place! By far the best equipped house I've ever rented. We enjoyed paddling the kayaks and fishing in the canal and riding the bikes. Great location and layout, and so comfortable and well appointed. The host really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Dream trip

This place was everything that was pictured in so much more. The owner, john, was so easy to deal with and fix any issues that we had immediately. The sea shelling around was unbelievable and I found a seashell the size of my head.

Great house, well appointed

My friend and our brought our 11 year old kids here for a long weekend. We were impressed with how well appointed the house was. The kitchen had everything you need (the knives were dull, but what VRBO house actually has knives that work? ;) The pool was great, the beds were decently comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the garage had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The house really isn't comfortable walking distance to the beach, especially if you have a lot of stuff you're bringing. But we drove, paid for day parking, and did't complain about it because Marco Island overall is a dream. We also loved the life-size Jenga! The owner was quick to get back to us with answers to all our questions. Overall a good experience.

Would stay here again

Had a great time spending 4 nights here after staying 4 nights at the JW Marriott. For a family of 5 this place has plenty of room to spread out and the pool was very nice. Water access was also a plus for my son who loves to fish. Owner was excellent to work with and very accommodating and accessible. Plenty of toys in the garage for beach, pool, biking, kayaking, etc. All the kitchen stuff you need if you prefer to eat in.

Marco Island - Must go!

If you haven't been to Marco Island, you must go! Awesome trip with my teenage kids. House is clean, well equipped, and John is a pleasure to work with. Bikes were key for us as it is only a 4 minute ride to the beach (no car parking available). Pool was also very relaxing and clean. Rented a boat for a day and was able to use the dock at the house to load up our supplies. If you rent a boat, stop by the southern tip of Keewaydin Island to shore the boat and meet new friends - probably the highlight of our trip!

Great property

This property was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool, deck, and whole house. We didn't walk to the beach but one person dropped everyone off with our stuff and then that person dropped the car at home and rode a bike to the beach. It's a very easy and enjoyable bike ride. John's suggestions for beach entry and for resturants were extremely helpful.

Great vacation

Everything thing about our rental was perfect. It was myself, husband, 2 kids (11&13), and my parents. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool and we walked to the beach. My son fished off the back dock and me and my husband went for long walks in the neighborhood every morning. The house has everything you need for cooking, we were able to cook entire Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of beach towels so don’t bring those. Very clean and the owner is very easy to work with.

Great vacation rental

Our stay at this house was great. We had a few minor mishaps... but over all we were happy. The property owner is amazing, he got back to us immediately after sending an email and was able to get our problem solved within the hour. We come to Marco Island yearly and would definitely consinder renting this property again.

Great house!

Great property and location had everything you would need For a fun and relaxing week! My only recommendation would be may a new grill and the pool could you some tile work. When we come back to Marco Island we will definitely be staying in this house again if it’s available!

Vacation getaway

The house was everything as expected lots of areas in the house to chill. The pool was great, central located on the island. John was a great host came over to turn up the pool temperature. All the extra stuff in the garage made the trips easier to the beach and more fun at the pool. We would defeintyly stay there again!

Highly Recommended Marco Stay

Spacious, well maintained and well stocked, this Marco Island home was an enjoyable place to rent. The enclosed private pool was great. The house is about a 15-20 minute walk or only a 5 minute bike ride to the nearest public beach access. Included bikes and beach items are a plus. Restaurants, shops and Publix are 1.9 miles away although restaurants in several beach hotels are a little closer. John was pleasant to work with.

Close to everything!

This is our fourth trip to Marco and the location of this home Is central to everything it has to offer. Very clean and well equipped! Within walking and biking distance to just about everything. The owner is great and made sure we had everything we needed. He even purchased an additional adult bike for our use while we were there! The house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out if with a larger group. The only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was the lingering faint smell of sewer that periodically wafted through the neighborhood. This was a minor disturbance though and I would definitely rent this home again.

Close to everything

This property is great - walking distance to several restaurants and the public beach access, your own private pool, a nicely appointed kitchen and a master suite separated from the other bedrooms (nice if you're traveling with family/kids). Bikes are available which basically makes most of the island accessible if you don't have a car. The only drawback is that it is on a main road, so the road noise can sometimes be a bit much if you like to keep the windows open (but that's the price you pay for being so close to everything). John, the owner, is communicative and accommodating, and really helped us make the most of our last day when we had nearly 12 hours between check-out and our flight.

Great house, great location

Pros- House was beautiful (as the pictures show). The home is on a main road but is definitely not busy, I never had to wait to pull out of the driveway. You are on the side of the island with all the shops and restaurants which was awesome, everything on the island is a quick drive being under 10min. And the owner stocked the house with plenty of great beach gear to use Cons- The beach is a little bit further of a walk than what was on the description, probably took closer to 20min to walk. The beach close to the house was labeled residents only. With that the south beach parking (which will put you a 3min walk to being on a beautiful beach) lot is literally 1.7miles away and to park in the lot is $8 for the day. Totally worth the money for the convenience and beauty of the beach. While we were there we saw 3 manatees and a few dolphins close to shore. Regardless I would absolutely rent here again. The home is spacious, well kept and close to anything you’d want to do! Enjoy Marco Island, it’s worth the trip and this place is worth the stay

Awesome house

Wonderful relaxing home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed, cooked a few nights while there. Area was quiet [even with construction next door]. Manatee in canal out back [mom & baby!] was really cool to watch. Totally enjoyed the pool day & night. Beaches were great - went to the public beach by the Apollo and Tigertail. Great shelling. Went on the Craigcats - what a fun adventure! So many restaurants to choose from - all were good. Good times in Goodland. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place for a R&R vacation. Hope to get back real soon!

The home is beautiful and clean!!

The homeowner was easy to contact and very accommodating. The home is located on a beautiful property right on the water. My husband and I stayed there with our two little boys and I loved that all of the doors had security alarms. The layout of the home is spacious and the kitchen was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay, the home, and we love Marco Island. We plan to visit again soon.

We have lived on Marco Island since 2012, and love to call this paradise home. Originally we hail from Minnesota and still go back in the summer to visit friends and family. There is a lot to love about Marco Island. We enjoy the community, boating, weather, beaches, and laid back atmosphere of the island. We currently have our kids enrolled in the local schools on the island and I am a practicing realtor working at Premiere Plus Realty and own several vacation rentals on the island. I have over 20 years of experience selling real estate and managing rental properties in MN and Marco Island so if you any questions, ask away!
