~ Shared garage for 1 vehicle to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street)

Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted.
Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.
