Come and enjoy sunny San Diego in this freshly remodeled beach vacation rental. Stroll to the beach with your surfboard, run along the boardwalk, or bike around the bay. Verona By The Sea is a 4-unit condo complex with 2 studios and two 2 bedroom units. This unique location is conveniently located close to local dinning, shopping, bars, nightlife, mission bay, and the ocean. Pacific/Mission Beach is 500 feet away from the condos and Mission Bay is 100 feet away!

This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the second level. It was remodeled down to the studs and thoughtfully redesigned with beach living in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining/living room has a new flat screen TV with 'smart' technology and wifi. Ceiling fans (not pictured in photos) are in the living room as well as both bedrooms.

There is a common courtyard patio shared by guests staying at the condos that offers bay views and is a perfect spot for grilling and sunbathing. The hot tub accommodates up to 8 and is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Steps away from the condo in the evenings you can view the fireworks from Sea World.

This beachy condo is ideally located to enjoy Mission Beach, both bayside and oceanside. Its decor is charming and on point. It is stocked with all the essentials and amenities one could need; including beach towels, make up remover wipes, hair dryers in both bathrooms, full length mirrors in each room and a catch all drawer with pen, paper, rubberbands, decks of cards, etc.

The unit was clean and conveniently located. Just steps from Mission Bay and a 3 minute walk to the ocean.Unfortunately, access to the water on the bay was obstructed by a sand berm. It was November so beach weather is hit or miss anyway.

Great stay in a vibrant neighborhood. Apartment had everything we needed. Loved having a designated parking spot in a busy neighborhood. Loved the short walk to ocean or bay side. Amazing location

Property is on the best location, you have the bay a few feet away and the beach. Walkable to wveueyhing you need on a vacation, jacuzzi was perfect, hot and clean. It was quiet and peaceful when sleeping, highly recommend this property, it was a great family trip.

Nice relaxing stay

Property was clean and spacious for three of us. Parking was great. Minute walk to boardwalk and right next to bay. Seemed like surrounding homes were full time resident owners and not vacation rentals. Nice having two full bathrooms. Overall a relaxing place.

Lovely Condo

Travelled with 4 sisters! Place was perfect for us. Loved the hot tub downstairs and enjoyed getting to know the folks in the other units. Great location as it was an easy walk to the Catamaran resort and quick drive to many locations in the city.

Great location on Mission Beach

Condo was an easily walkable distance to the beach and multiple restaurants in the area. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas provided for our use. The owner was very responsive to questions during our stay. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable for our family vacation. The only drawback was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

I fell in love with this specific property because of it's location, charming walk street, and unique character.

What makes this property unique

My hope with this property is to provide my guests with a special stay that they will not get anywhere else in the Mission Beach area. My vision when renovating this property was to combine the comfort and amenities of a modern luxury condo with a relaxing atmosphere. A lot of care and thought was given during the remodeling process and I hope that my guests will have an unforgettable stay.
