Pricing for a 7-night stay is $4195.00 or $600.00 per night based on a 7-night stay plus VRBO's associated fees. For all other stays less than 7-night stay is $630.00 per night. Minimum of a 5 night stay in July & August.

PANORAMIC VIEWS During Spring & Fall

Offering a year-round home which provides cooling in the summer and warmth in the winter with wood-stove and electrical heat. The house offers natural sky lights and very large dining and kitchen area great for entertaining with patio doors off the veranda. Kitchen has many cupboards, island, and lots of counter area for cooking great dinners. Living room is an open concept ceiling with large bay window and French doors for privacy and entertaining or another sleeping area. Large master bedroom with open concept ceiling and two large windows with brand new En-suite and king size bed. Newly built outdoor stairs leading to the lake to a private shoreline facing Elk-island. Many guests have walked over to Elk Island during their stay. Huge veranda with windows and 2 futon beds which is great for the best sleep ever!

Brand New Hot Tub installed Spring of 2017! Hot Tub is operational from April - November each year.

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

The cabin is located right on the water and is fully stocked with everything you could need for a sunny getaway. I'd recommend packing water shoes because the lake is rocky here. We had an amazing time!

Very quiet property with a relaxing private shoreline. Kids throughly enjoyed running free and exploring. Cabin is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The north facing screened veranda made for enjoyable evenings relaxing while listening to the waves.

Fantastic property

So great for our family to enjoy the inside & outside of this property. The cabin suited our group really well. The outside space was really large & had fun activities. The beach was fun for kids to explore. The volleyball net was great. Wonderful beach nearby.

We had the most amazing time at this property! The cleanliness, the location, the quietness was just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway! It is a very beautiful cabin inside and out! Maireen answered all of my questions quickly, was so friendly and was always available. We are already looking to see when we can go back! 10/10 for us would highly recommend!

Friend's Getaway at Bayview Estates Victoria Beach

This was our annual weekend getaway for a group of friends that have been meeting for 30 years. The cabin was very spacious, well set-up and in a beautiful location. There was access to the water and a screened in porch/veranda that was very well used and appreciated. I would recommend the property.

A great Victoria Beach getaway

I stayed at Maureen & Derek's cabin with a larger group of friends and a pup. There was ample space for all of us, and we especially enjoyed the large kitchen/dining room that was perfect for cooking, family-style dinners and game nights where everyone could hang out together in the same space. Ditto for the large leather couch - perfect for group movie nights! The property is large and feels very private, and is a close walk to a beautiful sand beach. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

AWESOME LOCATION!

Walking in, everyone was amazed with the property. Huge lot, tons of room inside, and a veranda. Derek and Maureen were very accomodating for our group as we were a bit larger. They provided mostly everything we needed to cook and cleans. Tons if games and board games, outside is filled with outdoor activites. Definitely going return!!

Excellent Property

Great spot, lots of room and very relaxing. Communication with hosts is top notch and really let’s you feel comfortable. Hot tub was great, everything in the house works as it should. Back screen room doesn’t get full sun so was an excellent place to cool down and enjoy a nice breeze in the afternoon or evenings while playing cards. BBQ was excellent, lots of towels and a great kitchen to prepare meals. Location was great and nice and private. Wifi was reliable. Highly recommend these hosts and this property Bret and Donna

Excellent place!

This place is simply excellent. The lakeside view of Elk Island, the nice quiet neighbours next door (the rowdier neighbours are further away thankfully). Perfect for hot days, hanging out in the lake with a drink. We will return.

Beautiful view of the lake

The cottage is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The hosts were helpful when we had any questions. We enjoyed spending time down by the water and searching for rocks. It is a great place for a getaway.

The cabin was gorgeous. I loved that all the appliances were user friendly. The view from the hot tub and BBQ pit were amazing. The private water access was enjoyed by all (Young and old) We definitely created a lot of family memories that we will cherish always.

We had a great stay! The cabin is quite spacious and the kitchen is decently stocked. They only things missing were ice cube trays, a large frying pan, and some beach chairs. A good place for a larger group. Hot tub was nice to have! And easy to get to all the beaches.

Great family friendly property!

My family and I enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this cabin. We were greeted upon entry to a freshly cleaned and nicely cooled cabin. This cabin had so many great features that sets it apart from a lot of the other cabins available (2nd washroom, hot tub, well-appointed kitchen, hot shower, 3 TVs (for rainy days and to watch the Bomber game), water cooler with extra bottles, in-suite laundry, wifi, and several other items that you take for granted. Owner was responsive when we had questions. Views were great, and we went down to the shoreline daily. We were able to get a good cool breeze in the evenings that I'm not sure we would have got in a different location, as a result, we only used the ac 2 or 3 times in 14 days. Good location for access to other regional areas of interest (Sand cliffs, Einfelds, Albert Beach, le Gouter, Putter's Dream, Hillside Beach, and Grand Pines), longest drive was 10 minutes. Excellent vacation - thanks Maureen!

A beautiful beach getaway!

We loved our weekend escape to the beach at this beautiful cottage. The property is very charming with lilac bushes everywhere, potted flowers and lots of tree cover. The cottage is very well-stocked. We loved having the use of the BBQ and the hot tub. Can’t wait to visit again!
