Overall, things were good and as expected. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even beach towels in the unit. We were there during somewhat hot weather, so not having AC was a bit of an issue, but bearable. The pool is nice and having assigned covered parking is a plus.

This condo in North Coast Village was perfect. The short walk to the beach makes for a very low stress beach experience. The on site parking is fantastic and the heated pool and hot tubs are great for winding down in the evening. Would stay here again, no question. Host was great and answered all questions quickly.

The condo was exactly as represented. Very clean, organized, and comfortable. Parking was easy, and the location was great. Easy to get to the center of Oceanside. Easy walk to the beach. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided. There was a high surf warning while we were there. So we spent most of our time at the pool. The pool is a nice size, but the complex is big, so it does draw a crowd. But plenty of chairs sunshine and shade. Definitely would look for availability of this unit on our next trip to Oceanside.

Amenities on property were nice and we liked the convenience of the beach being right there. The condo itself was pretty warm in the afternoon and evenings due to no breeze coming in and only one ceiling fan over the kitchen table. (There were 2 floor fans provided). The pull out bed was very thin and the springs were noticeable when sleeping. The king mattresses sagged on one side.

Great condo, great host! We’ve been to North Coast Village several times over the years, and this unit was perfect. Very comfortable bed, sectional is huge and perfect for lounging or sleeping. Very clean, well equipped. Good view, I could just keep going. Will definitely check this one for availability next time we go to Oceanside.

Perfect vacation spot!

This was a fantastic find for us to come visit for a long weekend. It’s steps from the beach sand and ocean, and has excellent amenities within the facility. Great pool and hot tubs! Beautiful scenery. And the apartment was very clean and cozy. We will be booking again!

Great location for families

After a hiccup with housekeeping not having the room ready, we had a great stay and Tim was very great at communicating and remedying the situation. The area is awesome, so close to the beach and harbor. Thanks Tim!

Wonderful stay at Tim’s condo at North Coast Village

Great location (about half block off beach), very clean and well equipped condo ). Kitchen very well stocked and complex has all listed amenities in up to date formats. Highly recommend. We had a minor sink issue and the owner, Tim, had folks over to repair in less than 15 min!!

Great getaway!

Very nice condo, beautifully decorated and convenient to the beach. The owner was great and the rental was everything we hoped it would be! Have quarters ready for the laundry area, and plan your hot tub excursions strategically, because families bring their children into it, and it gets crowded. Other than those minor things, a wonderful vacation!
