In a small Languedoc village "Vendémian", large villa (200 m2) overlooking the vineyards, fully fenced and not overlooked, elegantly decorated and air conditioned.

HEATED POOL 11 x 5.5 with submerged electric shutter (maximum safety for small children), hydro massage shower.

Large covered terraces including:
   - a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue and a dining area for 8 people
   - a lounge area for family aperitifs or simply to rest or read quietly in the shade.

You will find within 300 m all amenities (grocery, press, bakery, bar-restaurant in the village).


The house is ideally located between sea and mountains, close to many sporting activities (golf, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing ...) cultural or seaside (beaches, lakes, rivers).

Fantastic Villa

The villa was beautiful and well equipped. The neighbourhood was quiet and the garden was tranquil. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen and had a very relaxing stay.

Amazing views

Peaceful location on the edge of a hamlet with a small bar and close to lots of lovely places to visit if you can tear yourself away from the amazing pool and beautiful garden. We particularly enjoyed visiting Lake Sagalou. The house is well equipped and comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Lots of terraces to sit on with long uninterrupted views for miles. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much. There are quite a lot of rules and instructions but don’t be put off as it is worth it.

Thank you for your appreciation, however I would like to add some details. You asked me before renting the house if they were nets I told you no so you knew it in addition the house is fully air-conditioned. . The grocery is just in case and not a shoping center as you knew it also. The bakery closed a few days for annual holidays, what can we do? The house is isolated that’s why it’s so success full. Even if the beaches are not close as indicated on my site (35 to 40 mn it depends on the traffic). Meanwhile you didn’t clean the plancha neither the barbecue like asked and the sheet are of on bed room so dirty (tea stains impossible to remove) that out of use and must be remplaced !

Fantastic Family Home!

This is a fantastic holiday home - our family of 4 (plus 2 grandparents for a few days) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. May and her husband were very helpful and provided us with a comprehensive tour of the property on arrival. The property was spotless and benefited from a very well equipped kitchen, a great pool and outside kitchen/dining area, immaculate garden and a quiet rural location. Whilst rural, the property was within walking distance of the pretty walled town of Vendemian which had an excellent local shop with friendly owners who were very patient with our daughters (age 6&7) attempts at ordering croissants for breakfast! The property was also relatively close to the A75 (15 mins) for trips to the supermarket or the beach. Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert and Pezenas are within easy reach. We had an amazing time here and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout a été pensé pour notre confort : on ne manque de rien, que ce soit à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur.Côté extérieur, on a pu profiter d’un coin cuisine équipé avec plancha et barbecue où l’on a déjeuné à l’ombre de la terrasse, et d’un petit salon cocooning, le tout face au superbe jardin avec la piscine au centre.À l’intérieur, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces a été particulièrement appréciable pendant cette semaine à 36 C. Les pièces sont belles, impeccablement propres et décorées avec goût.La villa est idéalement située pour découvrir les villes alentours : Pézenas, Béziers, Cap-d’Agde, Sète…L’hôte est très accueillante et toujours disponible. Une jolie attention nous attendait même à notre arrivée : une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre villa. Villa très bien équipée et très propre (quelques infrastructures vieillissantes mais rien de trop gênant), et située dans un environnement très calme, tout en étant à proximité de villes et villages plus importants et très charmants à visiter. Propriétaire très sympa, disponible et très réactive. Que vous ayez envie de vaquer aux alentours ou au contraire de ne pas bouger de la villa, c’est l’idéal pour un séjour de détente entre amis !

Très satisfait de cette location idéalement situé sans aucun vis-à-vis dans un havre de paix. Destinée aux personnes voulant se déconnecter, se resourcer et profiter des sites naturels alentours. Villa très jolie, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, avec en somme une piscine digne de ce nom.

Paradisiaque

Une magnifique maison, très lumineuse et spacieuse dotée d’une piscine de rêve (superbement éclairée la nuit) parfaitement sécurisée (volet roulant électrique) avec douche, transat et d’un jardin ...extraordinaire ! Tout est entretenu avec soin, de très bon goût (à noter de beaux tableaux œuvre de la propriétaire ). Amples terrasses extérieures pour les repas ( barbecue, plancha à disposition) ou le farniente, un grand salon avec un piano, télévision, de beaux canapés, une cuisine très fonctionnelle avec frigo-congélateur américain, parfaitement pourvue en ustensiles, bcp de vaisselle, grande buanderie avec lave linge, sèche linge, étendage. Une belle terrasse qui dessert les 3 chambres du haut offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la piscine, la 4e située au rdc donne sur la piscine, toutes sont très confortables, 2 salles de bains, celle à l’étage est splendide. La maison est entièrement et très bien climatisée ( clim neufs et silencieux), bien clôturée, de la place dans le garage pour garer plusieurs vehicules, il y a même une table de ping pong. Le tout au milieu des vignes à 5 mn du village qui compte une épicerie et offre des possibilités de ballade à pied ou en VTT. Autant d’atouts en font un produit rare, très bon accueil et suivi, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. Merci et un grand bravo.

Deux semaines merveilleuses à Vandémian

Accompagnés de nos deux garçons et de leurs conjointes, ma femme et moi avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires à la villa des Van Gool à Vandémian. La villa a été facile à trouver (2 h 30 de Toulouse) et les photographies que l’on retrouve sur le site Abritel/HomeAway correspondent en tout point à la réalité. Donc aucune surprise à notre arrivée à la villa. Comme planifié, les Van Gool nous attendaient lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la villa. Ce sont des gens charmants qui ont bien pris le temps de bien nous expliquer toutes les particularités de la villa. La villa est très propre et très moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Deux grandes terrasses entourent le jardin qui est très bien entretenu. Une grande piscine chauffée et très bien maintenue, est le point d’orgue de ce petit paradis entouré de vignobles. La villa est située à moins de 40 minutes de plusieurs villes et villages qui méritent d’être visités. Dont Montpellier, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Pézenas, Béziers, Sète… Lors de notre dernière journée, nous avons eu la chance de faire un « Pique-Nique Chic » au vignoble de La Seigneurerie de Peyrat à quelques kilomètres de Pézenas. Un beau moment apprécié de toute la famille ! Si vous désirez passer du bon temps dans la campagne occitane, nous vous conseillons fortement cette location.

quelle belle maison où dès notre arrivée nous avons senti le sud !! quiétude, calme et chaleur au rendez-vous !! la maison est parfaite literie neuve, équipements ménagers complets sans compter la piscine qui est juste parfaite en dimension de plus entretien par un professionnel en milieu de séjour on ne s'occupe de rien ! l'accueil des propriétaires plus que sympathique ! merci pour les avis de restaurants bien avisés et pour les visites à faire nombreuses aux alentours ! on ne peut que être enchanter par ce lieu dans un petit village où l'accueil à l'épicerie était exemplaire ! de bons produits notamment les fromages fruits et légumes ! allez découvrir cet endroit ça vaut le détour !!

Tout est parfait, de l'accueil à la piscine, len passant par le jardin, la maison et son contenu. Description exacte, maison et literie tres propre. Propriétaire disponibles et sympathiques. Le restaurant La Source dans le village est une tres agreable surprise. Et l'Herault permet de belles ballades. N'oubliez pas d'aller au lac du Salagou. A refaire.
