Jean Luc was there to meet us on arrival as planned. His house is absolutely stunning and has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen massively stocked, lots of towels and bedding. Kayaks, paddle board, bikes. Amazing. If you want to live like a millionaire this is the place to stay.

Spacious house

Great location for the beach. Very spacious house but a few problems weren’t sorted that well. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived 4.5 hours after check-in and the host tended to come and spend an hour hours sorting things out including watering plants inside and out when he was sorting out problems. The shower in one room smelled in the morning for a week and we were eventually asked to put a circle is something over the drain to stop the smell! Over priced

Perfect week at the beach!

This home is amazing! Jean Luc met us day one and helped us settle in, he explained the wifi, nearby places to eat. We were there for Bastille Day and the best place in Sete to watch the fireworks was right from our balcony! The home large and airy, very well equipt with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The glass doors open fully so you feel like you are extending the inside to the outdoors. The location can't be beat. a path right beside the house leads to the beach. Right on the bike path (there were 5 bikes in the shed for us to enjoy), and only a 15 min bike ride into the harbor. The views are breathtaking. Even a koi pond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you jean Luc!

Beautiful beach side villa

We had a great stay in the villa. Jean Luc was very helpful in answering all questions to help us plan and get ready for our trip, and available if needed when we were there. We gave a cash deposit on arrival, to cover any breakages, which was returned to us before we left. The villa is in a great location, by the beach, which made it easy to pop in and out for swims. The pool was great for chilling and there were loungers on the deck and on the upstairs balcony.. There are beach cafes/bars close by, and we were lucky enough to enjoy Bastille Day fireworks on the beach, which were amazing. There was air con in the bedrooms and upstairs lounge area, which was much appreciated; bedrooms were comfortable and free from street noise, and bathroom facilities were plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything needed for cooking and dining., and the villa felt spacious for the seven of us who went. Supermarkets are a five minute drive away, and Sete was ten minutes away, with some good restaurants. The area feels vibrant, but the villa was a tranquil escape, and the beach never felt too crowded.

Encore une semaine merveilleuse à Sete

La villa que nous louions pour la deuxième fois est très bien équipée pour cuisiner et recevoir en famille ! Tout y est! Et nos hôtes nous ont meme prêté un Thermomix. La villa est idéalement située sur une plage peu peuplée meme en août et on peut facilement explorer aussi les alentours ! Sete est une ville qui vit, qui bouge, et en meme temps le calme de la mer… Magique

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Osterferien in Jean Lucs Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation lief prima, Jean Luc hat stets sehr schnell geantwortet und die Absprachen liefen gut. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, offen und hell. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage in Strandnähe war für uns perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Amazing villa next to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic villa. The owners, Jean Luc and Denise, couldn't have been more helpful, answering questions in advance of our stay and even picking us up from the train station when no taxis were available. The villa is truly stunning with airy open plan living, a lovely pool with a small private garden and a large balcony. Two suggestions for improvement would be a couple more sun loungers by the pool and a proper shower with a screen over the bath in the second ensuite. The bikes were handy for popping to the boulangerie and the supermarket, but could do with servicing. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance but the best ones we tried were a bit further away, especially Le Petit Bistro. We really enjoyed our week of luxury in this lovely part of France and would certainly return. Merci beaucoup Jean Luc & Denise!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Strand

Grundsätzlich hat uns das Haus gut gefallen. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit der Villa bei der Ankunft nicht unseren Erwartungen. In dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir mehr. Der Grill im Garten war leider auch nicht der Villa entsprechend (alt und schmutzig). Die Lage der Villa ist einfach traumhaft. In 1 Minute ist man am sehr schönen Strand und unsere Kinder haben es sehr genossen.

Parfait pour que chacun vaque à ses occupations sans voiture : plage à 30 secondes à pied, vélo, piscine, ballades... grande maison agréable où chacun trouve sa place sans être les uns sur les autres.
