The Ballyhoo was very clean and well stocked. We were delighted that we were a short walk from beach access to Bean Point beach which was beautiful. We appreciated our location and would stay here again.
We had a lovely stay here! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, & coffee shops. Really nice that beach chairs & towels were included as well.Ed was very communicative & helpful. Would recommend!
This was our second time staying at the Ballyhoo. It's the perfect place for a get away. Clean comfortable space. The host Ed is easy to reach and responded to any questions very quickly.Would definitely stay here again when we come back to AMI

Loved our stay here! Easy walk to Bean point beach! Owner’s communication was excellent!
The location was good on the island, and just a short walk to multiple beaches. Check in was easy, and communication with the host was good. We enjoyed our stay!
Great location. We are in our late 60's and did not rent a car. Just rode bikes to restaurants and took the trolley when needed. Place was very clean and comfortabale and the host was reponsible with communications. We would definitely stay there again. (One of the four bicycles was not usable becasue of a broken peadal. That's just for the host's information, not intended as a complaint. There were only 2 of us and it was not an issue). Thanks for a great time!
We loved staying here it was close to everything we wanted to do in the island it felt like home and they had everything you could need we will definitely put this place first on are list when we come back !
We felt so at home and had a great stay! The location is great. I appreciated how clean and well-stocked the Ballyhoo was. We felt very at home. Hope to be back soon! Our 5 year old cried when we left and said he wanted to live there in the house forever!
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the location near the top of Anna Maria is lovely, everything we needed was there and we had a lovely week.
This location was as advertised. Its close to the beach and within walking distance to the main strip with all the stores. Perfect for a little get away. No complaints.
The cottage is clean and well furnished Nothing fancy but a lot for the price. I will be returning
The cottage was a short walk to the beach as well as the Rod & Reel Pier which is a funky historical restaurant and bar. Could not be a better location on the island.
Great location, good clean unit, comfortable beds, could use some updates/repairs to the bikes, chair's and such but great deal for the money. Overall it was perfect for us to be able to stay on the island!
We had stayed here for a month last year and once again this year and are looking forward to the same nextcyear. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the extraordinary efforts by Ed and Audrey to make our stay possible this year after the devastating hurricanes! We are eternally grateful

The place worked out well for our purposes. We did not rent a car and the bikes worked out well . The Host was great and responsive. We got in a little early and were able to check in before 4:00
The house itself was a duplex and looked to be 30 or 40 years old. The roof had a large tarp on it. It looked like it had been there for a while but we saw no signs on the inside of roof leaks . There looked to be some deferred maintenance on the exterior but overall it did not take away from our use. It was clean and comfortable on the inside.
It was about 5 minutes from the beach (walking). It was probably a mile from restaurants and a little further than that to a bar.
The house was well equipped with dishes and anything you would need to make dinner. It's a good place to stay for a quick long weekend
