We are a professional couple that lives here part of the year and spends the rest of the year with family in the northwest. Photo was taken from the top of the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Why they chose this property

We love the view and view and the quiet neighborhood that makes the home feel rural, yet convenient to the beach, shopping, and historic St Augustine.

What makes this property unique

We love living here, and always miss the phenomenal live oak that frames our view of the Intracoastal Waterway (we call it the "tree of life") when we are away.
