Majestic Sun A701 offers a perfect end of building 7th floor location with amazing ocean views from not one but two sides of the condo... A reserved parking space in the gated underbuilding owner's garage is included with every stay! Featuring a spacious king size bed master suite with private full bathroom, a second king size bed suite with a private full bathroom, and a two-queen size bed suite which privately accesses the third full bathroom. Up to 8 guests can sleep late in the privacy of bedrooms on adult length mattresses, noone has to sleep on a junior sized pullout sofa! Here's a summary by room of our condo's feautures...

Perfect 7th floor corner of the building location with luxury finishes and amazing water views! This 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests in the privacy of bedrooms! Premium finishes abound with porcelain tile floors throughout, there's not a stiitch of carpet! A complimentary reserved parking space in the gated owners garage is included with your stay.

-The living and dining rooms feature comfortable seating for eight guests, a 65 inch 4K streaming television with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

-The fully stocked kitchen features water views, custom maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances.

-Bedroom 1 is the master suite featuring a king bed with a comfortable 14" gel mattress, gorgeous water views, a private full bathroom, a 55 inch 4k streaming television, room darkening curtains and a walkin closet.

-Bedroom 2 is a second master suite with a king bed, a flat screen television and it's own private bathroom.

-Bedroom 3 has two full length queen size beds, a wall mounted flat screen television, and access to the semi private full bathroom, this third bathroom also serves as the main hallway bathroom.

-The large laundry room has a front load clothes washer and dryer and can be closed off to minimize laundry machine noise.

During beach season (3/1-10/31) we only offer weekly stays with a Saturday arrival. Up to 2 parking permits (one of them is for the reserved space) are included with each weekly stay. Additional permits can be purchased for after booking.

Majestic Sun is one of the few resort properties in the area that has an indoor heated swimming pool which transitions to an outdoor pool with waterfall and hot tubs. Majestic Sun is located within the gated resort of Seascape. We don't provide beach service or beach equipment, but guests may purchase daily beach service at the resort's beach from La Dolce Vita. In addition to beach service, Seascape Resort offers many for purchase amenities including on resort golfing, an amusement center, dining options, tennis courts, bike and scooter rentals, para sailing, jet ski and paddle board rentals.

The views from the balcony were incredible. The living area was spacious, the sectional couch comfortable. The kitchen and laundry were great, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a very nice, comfortable stay!

Excellent Stay at Miramar

Listing was accurate we had a good time even if the weather didn't entirely cooperate. A great balcony view of the ocean even was able to see some whales! Which was great when the weather wasn't the best to be able to sit and watch the ocean. Nice central location.

This property is very clean with many updates. It is in a great location and has wonderful views from the balcony. The check in/out process was extremely easy and smooth. Best View on old 98!

Definitely surpassed expectations. We've not stayed in Miramar during the 4th of July, but it is now maybe our top time to come. The fireworks on the beach seen from 701's balcony is something youve just got to experience! Thanks for allowing us use of your home, and we would definitely rent again!

Majestic Sun is Number One

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 kids age 13 and 9. The accommodation was perfect for us. Great proximity to the beach and anything else you need. The 180 degree views of the gulf were amazing to wake up to each day. Mike was a great communicator and even took time to walk me through a minor technology issue. Five stars out of five for sure!

Great Views and Awesome Communication with Owner!

This was my sixth time staying at the Majestic Sun. This owner was by-far the easiest to communicate with! The rental had great ocean views, and was very comfortable! Plenty of room to stretch out!!! If you plan on cooking this condo has everything you need. I would rent from this owner again.

Excellent View!

We stayed in this condo in May/2015 and had a great time. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only concern was noise, walls extremely thin which made for interesting nights. With all that said, I believe the view and the accomodations still make this condo a great choice for families or multiple couples. Enjoy!

Great Property / Great Location

This property is very clean and up to date. Very spacious. Great location relative to the beach and other things to do (shopping, restaurants, etc). Owner has a solid process in place to facilitate check in / check out. Everything went very smooth & communication was very to good. This was our first trip to the Destin area, the beach & water are unbelievable, very Caribbean like. The sand is white and powder fine, and the water turquoise blue & 85 degrees (late July time frame). I would recommend both this property and the location without reservation.

Exactly as pictured

The owners are wonderful at communicating, the view is amazing and the condo is as pictured. Very spacious. The resort is Not at handicapped accessible, neither is the walk to the beach but it’s a very short walk. The check in process would have got 5 stars as far as the owners are concerned but resort staff were not so friendly and didn’t want to give the temporary parking pass we needed until we got checked in and got the actual passes from the room, we also needed two passes and only 1 was in the room and the five star service person was an issue as well. We would stay again

Perfect, beautiful and luxurious!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was perfect, very clean, and the view is amazing. In fact, my husband joked all week that he wanted you to let us know if you ever want to sell:) I guess the only real suggestion might be to provide some chairs for the beach. We had plenty of our own since we go to the beach a few times a year, but I could see some people not having their own. And the rentals we too expensive to do for 4 people everyday. Although, I’m sure you don’t want to take up storage space in the unit either, so I could see why you don’t have them. And the only other thing was I didn’t see a nearby bike rack? We were going to rent some, but wasn’t sure where to lock them up. Honestly though, it really was perfect. Even my hard to please inlays couldn’t say enough nice about it.

Miramar Beach stay

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need to cook/eat in the kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable, the interior was very eye appealing and the owner was extremely helpful and kind. There were a few issues that had nothing to do with the condo we stayed in. It was fantastic! There was sone confusion with knowing which entrance based on Apple/Google Maps when we first arrived as there was a small sign for the actual condo and the address didn’t line up with the entrance on maps. The balcony was nice because you got a beachfront view but since the beach was across the street, there was a lot of traffic noise. You have to walk across a street to get to the beach. The motorists are always very accommodating so there’s very little issue with crossing the street, it’s just getting across a street to the beach is a little inconvenient. There’s no ramp for wagons. and the same beach is used for all the surrounding condos which made for a crowded beach. The beach was beautiful but it was difficult to get a water front spot without paying for a chair/umbrella rental. The chair rental businesses occupied the majority of the waterfront part of the beach. All these issues were minor inconveniences but I would’ve liked to know some of these things. I would definitely recommend the condo itself! My teenage kids loved it and it was a perfect spot for 2 teenagers, parents and our aunt. Having 3 full bathrooms which connected to a bedroom was a very nice touch!

Average and clean, but not excellent.

Our family of seven stayed here for a week in late June 2015. This is by far the most we have ever paid in our years of summer vacations to Florida panhandle and it was the least impressive. The pros - it was clean, the pictures are accurate. The owner seems nice enough. The view is pretty - it's great having the corner spot. The beach is beautiful, (you have to cross a busy street to get there, but there is a cross walk in front of building). There was bed space for everyone (a couple kids shared), but if you plan to use the pullout couch, you have to bring your own bedding (!?!) The cons - -When we got to the condo, the refrigerator took a full 24 hours to cool our food. We even followed the extensive set of rules listed for using the refrigerator - it still took a day to cool the food properly. -The toilets in two of the bathrooms ran about every 2-3 minutes - nonstop. We had to shut off the lines in order to sleep at night. We called the owner about it on Saturday, it was fixed on Thursday afternoon. -The hot water ran out after one person took a shower. This becomes a real burden when 7 people need to get ready after long days at the beach. This was not due to using hot water for laundry or dishwasher. -The kitchen is stocked with utensils/pots/pans, but don't expect anything else. No spices, etc. There was literally a 1/2 tablespoon of salt in the kitchen. In most condos we have stayed at in years past, people who stay there tend to leave their "extra" supplies (cooking oil, spices, etc) for the next set of guests to use. This is not the case here, but maybe this is how most people prefer it. There is nothing to clean the kitchen with, so bring anything you need for that as well. -There is a beautiful HD TV in the living room, which would be amazing - but there are only a couple HD channels so you end up just watching a huge blurry picture. -You are not allowed to lock the balcony doors. I was uncomfortable with this every night since we had 5 kids with us. Additionally, there are not any blinds on the sliding doors to the living room so no privacy at night.

Beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Miramar Beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and is situated in a terrific area. I particularly liked that it’s a corner unit, so in addition to oceanfront views from the living and bedroom balcony, you also get a side view from the two living room areas. The owner Mike was extremely easy to work with, very conscientious and attentive to any and all needs. I spoke with Mike on the phone and he provided us with restaurant recommendations, as well as other helpful suggestions and information for us to use during our stay. I was impressed on how Mike provided us all the necessary information for an easy and simple check in and checkout. The condo was within walking distance of the Whale Tales restaurant, which we enjoyed. Other nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Pompano Joes and the Surf Hut. From the balcony we were able to watch pods of dolphins and stingrays. I also suggest taking a few mile drive west to the Destin (Harbor) Village. Lots of great shops, a few restaurants and a quiet beach where eye water is very calm and the area is very nice. We booked a snorkeling/ SNUBA trip through Destin Snorkel. They took us to a cove adjacent to the harbor where we saw thousands of fish and sea turtles. We learned how to get back to thar same area and returned for more snorkeling the next day. This was our first trip to Destin and I had always heard about the beautiful emerald green waters. It’s not an exaggeration, it’s spectacular. Thanks again Mike!!

Perfect vacation spot

We had a great stay, the condo had everything we could need for the week (with the exception of a full length mirror for us ladies who like to see our full outfit!). Michael was super communicative and easy to work with. The location is great and the beach is beautiful! Ready to go back!

Perfect condo location

The condo was located across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The owner was wonderful to work with … very organized and communicative. The condo was very clean, roomy and had everything needed if you decide to cook and have meals at the condo. We especially liked that there were 3 full baths so everyone could get ready at the same time. You won’t be sorry if you rent this condo.

Great condo and perfect location!

This was a great condo! Everything was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect with wonderful views of the ocean. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Fantastic Stay!

This is our second stay at Majestic Sun (first in this unit). The owner was incredibly organized and easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and the condo was exactly as described. We loved the corner unit with extra windows. The indoor/outdoor pool was heated and very comfortable during the 60-68 degree days.
