The apartment consists of two very large bedrooms, a big bathroom with shower and bathtub, another small bathroom in the double room, kitchen equipped with every accessory, lounge with double sofa bed.
It is located in an excellent position as it is a stone's throw from the bus and tram stops that take you to the historic center of the city in a few minutes.
The apartment is also located near the Cascine Park and the VISARNO ARENA which in summer hosts important events and concerts such as the Firenze Rocks.
It is also a convenient starting point for excursions in Chianti and trips outside the city to the most important tourist destinations in Tuscany (such as Pisa, Versilia, Livorno, etc.) as it is close to the Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway and the entrances to the A1-A11 motorways.
Nearby there are grocery stores, markets, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, ATMs, hairdressers, laundry, post office, shops, and every type of service that will make your stay even more pleasant.
In front of the apartment is the large park "Villa Strozzi Garden" ideal for walks, for children, and where numerous events take place in the summer (concerts, open-air theater, etc.).
CLEANING FEE: € 60,00.
AIR CONDITIONING ON REQUEST only in the master bedroom: € 5,00 per day (other room have fans).
PRIVATE PARKING on request (€8.00 per day). The car must NOT exceed the following dimensions: length 4400 mm, width 1850 mm, height 1580 mm. Manual lock with key.
TOURIST TAX required by the Municipality of Florence to be paid upon check-in: €6 per person per night for stays up to 7 nights (not due for children under 12 years).
The price includes bathroom, bed and kitchen linen.
The indicated price is to be intended for the entire apartment for 4 guests; a supplement of € 10,00 per person is required from the fifth guest.
The apartment accommodates up to six people, in addition to the possibility of adding a cot for a child on request. High chair for children also available.
Upon check in a security deposit of € 150.00 could be required and it will be returned upon check out except for any damage.
Check in: from 15:00 to 19:30. Late check-in (after 19:30) a supplement of € 30.00 is required. Last check in at 21:30.
Check out by 10:00.
