Amazing Location, Beach Front, unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, walk to town, sunset views, surf beach, close to amenities, comfortable, private north end location. This condo is on the 2nd floor, spacious 2 bedroom end unit with private balcony. Full view of the ocean. This is our home away from home! We live here for months each year. This is not a rental only unit, more comfortable and inviting than an average rental. Great kitchen and living areas with expansive terrace looking at the ocean. There are almond trees that host wild macaws and iguana, watch while having breakfast on the expansive terrace, one of the most spacious in Jaco! Access to beautiful resort pools, restaurants directly next store to the property. your choice, choose a resort pool experience or if you want quiet, private pool right in front of our building. 3 Pools and a jacuzzi are at your disposal. Elevator, 24 Hour Security, Gated parking garage. Easy, convenient 10 minute walk to town, $4 cab rides. Building was constructed in 2009. Property has been well maintained. 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Master opens to terrace/beach front (king size bed) Guest room has King Bed and a twin with its own bath. Directly adjacent to the property with Resort Pool access to amazing restuarants, coffee shop, casino!
Water in the condo is totally safe to drink. We aim to provide comforts of home. The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Sunsets on the terrace are amazing.
General expectation setting: all towels and linens are provided. Enough paper products (like toilet paper and paper towels) are provided for your arrival only. You will need to purchase these items at the local market. Laundry detergent is NOT provided.

Peaceful stay in Jaco

This was not our first trip to Jaco but the first time bringing our kids. The condo is on the quiet end of town and away from the hustle and bustle but town is only a 10 minute walk or so. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. The staff was friendly and using the crocs pool was a nice bonus. This was our favorite unit to stay in and would recommend to any family. Thank you for having us!

Costa Rica Vacation

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was roomy enough for all and it’s location was perfect. The balcony was large and enjoyed the outdoor couches. We really enjoyed the access to the Crocs Casino Resort. It was a great place to stay.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication between property manager and myself was extremely easy and informative Pool areas were amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

Jaco Beach

We had an awesome stay! The access to the resort pools was super fun and used them every day. It was a short walk to town and restaurants, which made exploring Jaco easy. We will definately come back!

Perfect location

This is such a cute property! Our family loved the location! It had a beautiful view and amazing access to the resort next door. We didn't end up cooking here, so I can't speak for the availability of cooking wear, but cups were there when we needed them. Plenty of towels and comfy bedding! Everyone was VERY friendly and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had!

First Time Jaco

Great place. Met some great people. Location was convenient and close to town. quiet neighborhood for the most part and awesome view of the ocean. The only thing we could think of that is was missing were fans on the patio. Other than that would definitely stay there again.

Loved Palms 204

We could not have been happier with our choice of Palms 204. Donna was great to work with and so were Dream Makers, who we arranged our airport transfer with. The condo in my opinion is one of the best at the Palms. The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean and since it is a corner unit, you actually get a view to the south as well. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and living room are good sized and everything was in perfect working order. We used the pool(which is the same temperature as the air) every day and it was a great place to relax. Not sure when we are going back to Jaco, but when we do my first call will be to Donna about the availability of 204.

Your place has an amazing view. It was very clean and spacious. The girls in the office were very nice. Location and use of the crocs facilities were also nice also. The only real negative was that the safe was not bolted down so we hid our passports,and the hot tubs next door were the same temperature as the pool. The place could also use a potato peeler, for those of us who have to cook all the time due to food allergies. Overall, it was very nice stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in Jaco. I would give it a 4.5 as a rating

Fantastic Stay

The condo is exactly as described and in fact very nice. It's clean, comfortable, and you can't beat the location. In addition, the owner is a pleasure to deal with and quick in responding to questions. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Jaco, this is it. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stays in Condo 204 at the Palms

Really enjoyed this condo in Jaco. Costa Rica Dream Makers were easy to work with and Paola had everything setup in condo for my arrival. I used Marco Bernardo for transportation from/ to San Jose and he was on time, safe driver with excellent service and has the best price I could find. All personnel at the Palms are friendly, helpful & professional. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The living room has sectional couch with nice size TV with some English stations/music channels. The beds are comfortable in both bedrooms (1 room has a king & single in it while the master bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is spacious with all the utensils you need (bring wine opener) with big refrigerator and seating at kitchen counter. Both bathrooms have spacious showers. (Would recommend bringing extra hand/wash cloths). There is a washer/ dryer. When needed the separate A/C units cool the rooms quickly. The outdoor balcony is great and has plenty of table seating and a very comfortable couch. The view is fantastic as you are right on the beach & ocean with awesome sunsets. Beach chairs, ice chest & towels are provided. Lap pool on site. Having access to Croc's is a plus as they have a nice pool with bar, sports bar, excellent food at their restaurants and gambling all next door to the Palms. They have 2 ATMs. The Palms is on the quiet end of town but only a nice walk or short cab ride to the middle of town. The internet at times is in/out but there is a work around Paola will tell you about. There is a safe in master bedroom, but might need the key if can’t reset code. Also you might have to contact the owner of deposit refund if you haven’t received after a week or so. She will respond quickly. Would highly recommend this condo.

Condo was great. Location is ideal. Close enough to downtown (10 min walk) to go you want but away from the crowd. Very well furnished and equipped. Everything you need. Beds are super comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again on next trip to Costa Rica

GREAT Unit!!!!!

This was my first time staying in this unit. The unit is really decorated nicely and very well furnished. I have stayed in several different units in the same complex and this was by far the nicest. The king bed in the master was very comfortable and the living room furniture was as well. I will most definitely stay in this unit again. The ONLY thing I would add is a TV in the second bedroom..... The staff here is also very helpful.

Perfect Condo on the Beach in Jaco

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location, great view, nice balcony to enjoy the sunsets, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Bonus feature is that you can use the facilities at Crocs Casino. We used the fitness room and pool on most days. The pool at the condo is nice and quiet, so you have both options at your disposal. The only difficulty we had was the internet was hit or miss, but this could have been a Costa Rican thing, not a problem at the condo. We would definitely rent here again if we ever go back to Jaco.

We love Costa Rica! Jaco is the perfect town, there is so much to do. We love being outdoors enjoying all Costa Rica has to offer. Jaco is a cute surfing town. It's small and walkable. people are friendly. Plenty of americans and a good amount of English speakers.

Why they chose this property

We've been all over central america and mexico and fell in love with the sleepy coast here in Jaco. close to so many activities, amazing restaurants and great fishing. Activities abound. The wild life is spectacular.

What makes this property unique

walk to town or $4 cab rides, great restaurants, zip lines, fishing, eco tours, quads, horse back, u name it, u can do it here. Great sunset views, too!
