Inside, you'll find comfort and luxury with a king bed in the master bedroom, a guest bedroom featuring a king bed and its own bath (junior master suite), and a versatile third bedroom with a bunk bed (full-size bottom, twin top, and pull-out trundle).
The home boasts three bathrooms: a hall bath with a full tub and shower, and two additional bathrooms with large showers. Ample parking is available, accommodating multiple trucks, cars, and trailers.
Enjoy the bright and inviting atmosphere throughout, complemented by four flat-screen TVs (including a 55-inch in the living room), high-speed wireless internet, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Step outside to your private oasis featuring a pool (10 x 32) and a hot tub (pool heat required for hot tub use). The dock includes amenities like a fish cleaning table and swim ladder. For fishing enthusiasts, there is also a bait freezer for your convenience. You'll also find your secluded lagoon area, adding to the property's charm and providing a serene spot to relax. A unique feature is the spiral staircase leading to the roof, perfect for watching stunning Gulfside sunsets.
Surrounded by lush landscaping, this home offers a tranquil escape and is ideal for creating unforgettable memories with loved ones.
Please note, tenants do not have access to the boat lift - owners boat is on the lift most of the time.

We were concerned because this was a new listing for VRBO, and the only review was quite low. However, when we entered the house, it was lovely, bright, and well furnished. The view, the pool and pool deck were fantastic. I have been renting vacation houses since 1979. I have ranted in New Hampshire, Maine, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Arizona, California, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. Some I would go back to; others I would not. I have made plans to go back to this house next year. I could not find one thing about this home that I did not love. My son, daughter, and granddaughter loved it too and want to go back.
