It is located on the hills surrounding Florence and Montespertoli is the city of Chianti wine. It has a wonderful view upon the vineyards and olive-trees hills. This Tuscan villa is disposed on 2 floors and its extension is approximately 250 m². There is a terrace-solarium with covered loggia and portico and 5000 m² of terraced garden, and 4 shaded car parkings.
Distances are: 2 miles from Montespertoli with any kind of shops, banks, post office. It is 12 miles from Florence, 16 miles from S.Gimignano, 25 miles from Siena, 40 miles from Pisa.
