Ein sehr schöner Flecken Erde. Das Haus hat einen tollen Schnitt und lÀdt zum verweilen ein. Der grosse durch eine Mauer umgebene Garten mit den sehr grossen BÀumen erlaubt nach Belieben zwischen Sonne und Schatten zu wechseln.

Leider schlecht in Schuss

Die Vermieterin war zum vereinbarten Termin vor Ort und die Übergabe war ohne Probleme. Die Beschreibung des Objektes online verschweigt die Lage direkt an der der Durchgangsstraße, welche fĂŒr lĂ€rmempfindliche Personen eine Problem sein kann, fĂŒr uns war es keines. Das GrundstĂŒck ist groß und gut gesichert, optimal fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt mit kleinem Kind. Der Zustand des GrundstĂŒcks ist sicher mit “verwildert” zu beschreiben, aber auch das war fĂŒr uns keine Problem. Problematisch aber ist der Pflegezustand und die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Beide Aspekte sind leider mit “mangelhaft” zu beschreiben. Muffiger Geruch, Spinnweben, Dreck in den Schubladen, heraushĂ€ngende Steckdosen, kaputte SchranktĂŒren sind hier zu nennen. Jeder einzelne Punkt vielleicht tolerierbar, aber in der Kombination leider nur als schlecht zu bewerten. Mit ein bisschen Engagement sicher behebbar, das Haus hat Potential bei guter Pflege, aber so wie es ist kann man es nicht guten Gewissens empfehlen. Schade.

TrÚs mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Positif : proximité de la plage trÚs facile d'accÚs Par contre, réseau téléphonique catastrophique, et les jours de pluie le téléviseur annonce pas de droit, pas de réseau, plancher devant la douche qui s'enfonce, ménage général pour lequel on paye trÚs léger, arriÚre cuisine sale, une chambre dont la porte ne ferme pas il faut fermer les volets, réfrigérateur vieillot, une corde à linge pour laquelle il faut mesurer plus d'1,75m pour l'atteindre, une maison trÚs humide, et pour couronner le tout envahie de moustiques (aucune prévention préalable. Il serait utile qu'Abritel vérifie un peu les maisons qui sont louées.

Location maison La Couarde sur mer

Avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour magnifique. Le beau temps Ă©tait au rendez vous et avons pu profiter du grand jardin, notre chien Ă©tait ravi. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, manque peut-ĂȘtre juste un ventilateur ou deux quand il fait trĂšs chaud. IdĂ©alement placĂ©e sur l'Ăźle et Ă  deux pas d'une merveilleuse plage et des pistes cyclables. Un grand merci Ă  Guylaine pour sa rĂ©activitĂ©, et sa grande gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Agréable maison à La Couarde

Maison agrĂ©able avec trois chambres. Ameublement un peu vieillot (literie
). TrĂšs beau jardin sous les pins. La route principale passe juste derriĂšre la maison et est bruyante, mais l’isolation est bonne, fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es. Situation idĂ©ale, trĂšs proche de la grande plage des Prises.

Beau séjour sur l'Ile de Ré

Belle situation quoique proche d'une route frĂ©quentĂ©e mais beau jardin clĂŽturĂ© avec grande terrasse et logement trĂšs fonctionnel et agrĂ©able. Emplacement idĂ©al au centre de l'Île avec accĂšs direct aux nombreuses pistes cyclables et diverses facilitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. Communication trĂšs agrĂ©able et excellent accueil de la part de la propriĂ©taire. Nous souhaiterions revenir dans le futur. Merci!

Superbe maison tres bien située.

La maison est tres bien (tout le confort, on a de la place et terrasse fabuleuse) et surtout parfaitement située : 5 min a pied plage et 10 min en velo de la Couarde. Cerise sur le gateau, la prorietaire est tres sympa. Je recommande.

Maison agréable trÚs bien située

Nous avons passĂ© d’agrĂ©ables vacances dans cette maison qui trĂšs bien situĂ©e: Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pieds d’une trĂšs belle plage et Ă  quelques minutes de vĂ©lo du centre de la Couarde. Le seul bĂ©mol est que du coup la maison est situĂ©e proche d’une rue assez passante. La maison et son environnement restent nĂ©anmoins trĂšs agrĂ©ables avec de nombreux arbres et on se sent en sĂ©curitĂ© car la propriĂ©tĂ© est entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs arrangeante et disponible. Nous avons eu de bons contacts avec elle.

Cette location n'est pas une Villa.

Cette location n'est pas une villa. Elle est localisĂ©e sur la route principale allant de la Couarde Ă  Ars. Confort inexistant, literie, chaises intĂ©rieures cassĂ©es et chancelantes, canapĂ© sale et rideaux sales. MatĂ©riel de jardin, cuisine, sales et non entretenus. Autocollants pour cacher trous dans les wc, tissus jetĂ© par dessus canapĂ© et fauteuil qui cachent l'anciennetĂ© et les tĂąches. Lave vaisselle pour 3, couchage 7. Pas de pression d'eau, impossibilitĂ© de faire la vaisselle et de prendre une douche en mĂȘme temps. Flexi salle de bains en fin de vie. Odeur d'Ă©goĂ»t. Seul avantage, la proximitĂ© de la plage.
