Apartment in holiday home composed by three apartaments( max 12 guests) situated in a splendid panoramic position on top of a hill in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by breathtaking views and is accessible only through a private road about 500 meters, which connects directly to the small village center.

Maison toscane tres typique et au calme. Vue a 360 sur une belle campagne avec un jardin magnifique. Acceuil chaleureux. Commerces de base tres proches. Nous avons pris le train pour aller a Pise Florence et Sienne sans problemes pour se garer non loin de la gare de Empoli. Belle etape reposante.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ab einer Körpergröße von 1,70 ist das Bett/die Matratze zu kurz 😅sonst hat uns alles gut gefallen. Die Wohnung/Einrichtung ist ein bisschen älter, was uns für den kurzen Zeitraum nicht gestört hat (wir waren fünfte Tage) Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Um das Haus herum ist alles liebevoll angepflanzt und angelegt.Auch die Pool Area ist in echt viel schöner als auf den Bildern, die Aussicht auf die Toskana, hinter dem Haus, ist wirklich schön und wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Bei der Ankunft und Abreise hat alles prima geklappt und auch bei zwischen Fragen wurde uns super schnell geholfen

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Toskana

Das Grundstück liegt auf einem Hügel oberhalb eines kleinen Dörfchens in der Toskana. Die Wohnung ist super sauber! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war immer ansprechbar für Fragen oder Tipps. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Ausruhen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden diesen schönen Ort nochmal besuchen.

Lieu paisible pour rayonner en Toscane

Agréable maison tenue avec soin et beaucoup de gentillesse par Saïda et sa maman. La chambre principale est grande, avec une bonne literie. Panorama magnifique de la terrasse où les deux transats sont bien appréciables pour l'admirer! Pizzeria, trattoria, épicerie sont juste à quelques minutes en bas de la propriété et Empoli à 10 min en voiture. Pour que tout soit parfait, du wifi vraiment présent (défaillant dans la maison, faible à l'extérieur) et une machine à laver le linge seraient appréciables.

Calme, reposant dans un environnement champêtre. Près des principales villes de Toscane

L'appartement se situe dans un environnement champêtre entouré de champs et de vignes. La maison est en altitude, isolée au fond d'un chemin privé. Le calme est absolu, à peine perturbé par le passage des avions (peu en fait). On peut manger au soleil, à l'ombre, profiter de la piscine, admirer le paysage aux alentours. Située à 30 à 60 mn des principales villes de Toscane (Florence, Sienne, San Giminiano, Volterra, Pise, Lucques, etc) les déplacements sont aisés. Pour Florence il vaut mieux utiliser le train (Merci Tiziana) car le stationnement est difficile à Florence. Le train arrive directement en centre ville après 35 mn de voyage à partir d'Empoli (1 toutes les 20 mn). Un bar, épicerie, salon de thé est présent au village pour les courses du quotidien. Tiziana est accueillante et chaleureuse et prête à rendre service. Très bonne location de vacances

Une location bien située et agréable

Le gîte est à une trentaine de kilomètres de Florence. Par la route ou l'autoroute, il est assez facile de relier certaines villes intéressantes de la Toscane comme Prato, Pistoia, Lucca, Pise ou Sienne. La maison, située sur une colline, domine un beau paysage constitué de collines plantées de vigne et d'oliviers. La piscine aménagée dans un îlot de verdure était bien agréable pour se rafraîchir et se prélasser au retour d'une excursion. Seul problème : on nous avait assuré avant de réserver que le gîte était accessible. Ma compagne ne peut pas monter d'escalier. En arrivant, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir que plusieurs marches menaient à la terrasse. Fort heureusement, le gîte mitoyen possédait une pente. Nous avons donc dû passer par la terrasse de nos voisins, fort gentils au demeurant, pour accéder à notre location.

Schöne Anlage mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir haben hier Ende Mai eine schöne Woche verbracht. Man ist schnell in Florenz, von Signa aus gibt es am Arno einen durchgehenden Fahrradweg bis Florenz, alternativ gibt es auch gute Bahnanbindungen. San Gimignano und Colle di Val d´Elsa sind schnell zu erreichen und auch das Chiantigebiet. Im Tal verläuft die Straße nach Empoli und das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens - beides hat uns nicht allzu sehr gestört. Im Bad gäbe es noch ein paar Verbesserungen, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlfgefühlt. Tiziana ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Bella Toscane

Het vakantiehuis ligt op een heuvel en vanaf het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. In mei is alles mooi groen. Het appartement is klein, maar fijn. We zijn 2 keer naar Florence geweest. De auto hebben we bij het station in Empoli geparkeerd en zijn per trein naar Florence gegaan. Prima te doen. Vanuit Martignana hebben we diverse uitstapjes gemaakt met onze huurauto. Wij vlogen op Pisa, een klein vliegveld, alles overzichtelijk. Je zit ook direct op de snelweg. San Gimignano, Volterra, Greve, Vinci, etc. zijn goed bereikbaar via landelijke wegen en de uitzichten zijn geweldig. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In Pozzale, 5 km richting Empoli, is een Coop voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. Na een dagtrip is het goed toeven op La Masseria, Het weer werkte mee, dus het is dan puur genieten. In Martignana zijn goede pizzeria's. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen, want qua cultuur en natuur is er veel moois te zien. Uffizi is een echte aanrader, je kunt vooraf de tickets reserveren (digitaal), zodat je geen lange wachtrijen hebt. Voor een bezoek aan de Dom in Florence moet je eindeloos geduld hebben. De wachttijden zijn gigantisch. Eigenlijk is Florence een groot Open luchtmuseum. De gebouwen zijn stuk voor stuk indrukwekkend om te zien. Lees van te voren zaken over de geschiedenis, dan kun je alles beter plaatsen. Bella Italia, bella Toscane Familie Hollestelle Nederland

Séjour formidable et villégiature idéale pour découvrir la Toscane!

Quel bonheur que cette maison perchée sur une colline au milieu des oliviers! Lieu idéal pour découvrir les beautés de la Toscane et profiter de la douceur de vivre italienne! Apprécier le soleil couchant le soir, un verre de Chianti ou Vernaccia à la main, après s'être rempli les yeux toute la journée des beautés de la Toscane, c'est un vrai bonheur! Juste une suggestion: un grille-pain le matin pour les tartines!

Super Unterkunft, einfach perfekt! - Great place to stay, just perfect.

Was soll man sagen, eine super Unterkunft die alles bietet. Eine tolle Terasse mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Ein Glas des toskanischen Weines in der Hand und den Sonnenuntergang genießen, was will man mehr. An warmen Tagen bietet ein Pool für die nötige Abkühlung. Saida, die vermieterin, ist unglaublich freundlich, nett und hilfsbereich. Sie steht mit vielen Tips zur Seite. So konnten wir Lokale und Orte besuchen die wir sonst nie gefunden hätten. Die Lage ist für die Erkunden der Toskana (inkl. Elba) sehr gut. Mit dem Zug von Empoli nach Florenz oder Pisa ist super einfach. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen, einfach klasse. Vielen Dank an Saida und Ihre Familie für die herrliche Zeit die wir hatten. What can we say, a great place to stay. A great terrace with incredible views. A glass of Tuscan vine in the hand and the enjoy of the sunset, what more could you want. On warm days, a pool provides the necessary cooling. Saida, the landlord, is incredibly friendly, nice and helpfull. She provides you with many tips. So we could visit places and restaurants that we would never have found otherwise. The location is very good for exploring tuscany (including Elba). By train from Empoli to Florence or Pisa is super easy without any problems. We can recommend this property to 100%, it´s just great. Thanks to Saida and your family for the wonderfull time we had.
