Independent apartment in the hills near the sea
Independent apartment in a terraced house on the third and last floor.
Equipped with a comfortable kitchen, with a service terrace, a nice lounge, three windowed rooms, for a total of 6 beds, in addition to the double sofa bed in the lounge, and a bathroom with shower.
Before entering there is a large terrace, with a table for eating and a nice tent to protect yourself from the sun. The house is surrounded on the entrance side by an exclusive property garden and there is also a barbecue.
The house is equipped with all services, including satellite dish, dishwasher, washing machine and autoclave.
Equipped with private parking space.
The road has no background, and is therefore very quiet.
From the terrace the view gives on the natural reserve that surrounds the village.
The sea is about 1.5 km away
