The house fit our needs. It is dated and in need of updating and repair but its a beach house.

The boardwalk, and railing needs immediate repair. There are rotten and broken boards on the walkways with exposed nails and screws. I repaired the things i could to protect my family from injury. Also the porch railings on the house need repair.
