This beautiful Marco Island condo is a 6th floor end unit. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition there is a kitchen, living room, and a balcony with a view of the crescent beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo has free wi-fi. The living room features 2 couches, one of them being a pull-out queen sized bed, a coffee table, and cable tv. There is also an outdoor heated pool with lifeguards on duty. The beach is a short 10 minute walk from the condo. Since the unit is on the 6th floor, you can see beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the balcony. The condo has convenient garage parking and also boat/kayak docks. There is also a fitness center that offers a few treadmills, bikes, free weights, and machines. If you enjoy playing tennis, there are several outdoor tennis courts.

Minimum 7 days stay condo policy. Please let owner know if you couldn't meet the requirement during off season. We can work around it.
During turtle season, renters are responsible to close all window blinds by 9 PM per Marco Island City ordinance. Minimum fine is $750.
