Once booked, to receive the keys you simply have to communicate the expected arrival time to Carlo and make arrangements to be delivered directly to you. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 preserving its typical features: exposed beams and vaulted ceilings that give it a warm and welcoming appearance, the furnishings are nice and comfortable. It consists of a communicating living / dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite, wi-fi Internet access, independent heating, sheets, blankets, towels, equipped kitchen, microwave, espresso coffee machine, hairdryer. Gas, electricity, water are included in the price. The indicated price is for the apartment not per person.

Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area.

Die Unterkunft sieht im Original auch wie auf den Fotos aus. Carlo hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Ponsacco ist gut gelegen um Tagesausflüge z.B. Pisa, Lucca, Siena usw.zu machen.

Familiär, sauber, hochwertig und authentisch

Es ist alles genauso, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig- ein begehbarer Eckkleiderschrank, stabieles Bett mit neuer und sehr bequemer Matratze, große Dusche und schöne Sitzgruppe innen und außen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, helfen mit Rat und Tat, wollen, dass man ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis hat. Carlo versorgte mich für den ersten Tag mit Espresso Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Lavazza Maschine und gab mir jede Menge Tipps, wenn es darum ging, wo der beste Strand ist, wann man in die Städte fahren sollte und wo man am Besten essen gehen kann. Silvana half mir bei der Begleichung meines ersten Strafzettels in Italien und sorgte auch dafür, dass ich mich auf der Terrasse wohl fühlte. Selbst die Nachbarn bemühten sich um mein Wohlergehen, man kam ganz leicht mit allen ins Gespräch. Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Ponsacco hat verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Pizzerias und ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 40 min. Für mich war die Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden, man fährt ca. 2 Std. bis Siena, weniger als 1 Std bis Pisa und ca. 1,15 std nach Florenz. Einige Naturschutzgebiete liegen in der Nähe, nicht alle waren in Corona Zeiten 100% zugänglich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, Carlo und Silvana haben noch ein Essen bei mir gut ;-)

We had a very friendly welcome and we even got a nice bottle of wine and coffee 😊The place was very clean, very nice decor and very comfortable. Kneuterig en netjes

Carlo en Sylvana hebben de benedenverdieping van hun woning omgebouwd tot vakantiewoning. Alles is aanwezig. De handdoeken waren nieuw, er werd speciaal voor ons zoontje speelgoed opgeduikeld. Enig minpunt is dat er in het huisje gerookt mag worden. Gelukkig was de rooklucht er na een dag wel zo veel mogelijk uit.

Appartement conforme aux photos.

L'appartement est bien situé, agréable, propre, au calme. Les propriétaires Sylvana et Carlo sont trés gentille nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée et ils sont toujours disponible pour leurs hôtes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci a Sylvana et Carlo.

Silvana et carlo sont adorables , disponibles et de bon conseil

L'appartement est confortable, bien situé près de la ville et au calme.pour visiter la Toscane tout est à une heure de route maximum. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
