Thank you! This was an amazing stay for us. we’ve been coming to this area for over 30 years.. We appreciated this home immensely .The location, the accommodation, uniqueness, and charm of the Cottage is over the top! Communication with the owner was easy and anything we needed at all was just a text message away thank you. The quick and professional response was much appreciated.. we would highly recommend this place.. My husband and myself stayed for five weeks. really wish we could’ve spent the whole winter there.
We were very comfortable staying at this location.
The property was very clean and well equipped.
We were steps from the beach and great shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property & hope to be able to stay here again.
The cottage has a very efficient layout that provides everything you need. You walk by one building and across the street and you are on the beach. This is at the quiet end of the beach but still has plenty of fun things and restaurants within a short walking distance. We stayed 3-1/2 months which we thought might be a bit long in a "cozy" cottage, but it worked out very well because of attention to details, especially in the kitchen, having a nice shower and a backyard space. Very enjoyable..
The Cozy Cottage lived up to its name. We loved the decor, artwork, furniture, upgraded bathroom. The built-ins and original wood floors added to the charm. Even touches like good books to read were a nice surprise. The location in PAG was perfect for our needs and close to restaurants, shops and of course the beach. A queen sized bed rather than double would have been preferred, but the beds were comfortable. It was great having the washer and dryer for our use too. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. What a great rental home! We highly recommend, and hope to be back again ourselves one day!

Great Location
Great location for seeing sunrises and sunsets! Had a few problems but the owner was quick to respond and took care of them as fast as she could. The owner was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. House does need a little work but over all I really enjoyed my stay and was the perfect place for my Dog and I to enjoy a month in Pass a Grille Fla
The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our month by the beach. It is literally a block from the ocean, which you can see from the living room. We especially loved all the local art decorating the place. We travel to Pass a Grille every January and this was one of our favorite rentals. We were disappointed but not surprised that it was already booked for next January!!!
The Cozy Cottage is jut that! This was our 2nd February. The location is great. This year construction noise (early morning all day) and a parking pinch due to two projects very close to the property took some getting adjusted to. We took it as motivation to get up and out to enjoy the beach, the bay, beach yoga (Nava Studios), Fort Desoto, Paradise Grill, sunrises and sunsets!
We hope to stay again next winter!
Thanks, Sybil!!!

Cleaning Refund
Overall was what I expected. Could use some updating. All the closets and draws need to be organized.I’m disappointed that they said I had more people then I should have but, only had 4 people at a time. Supposedly not receiving my $300 refund back for a stained carpet. I have no clue what they are talking about. Asked to see a picture. Never received one. There was only 1 carpet in main bedroom. Never had anything in that room to stain a carpet. Left the house cleaner then when I got it.
We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. I would stay here again and again! Our hostess was very thorough with check in and check out details. The communication was excellent. The home was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. It was myself, 2 grown daughters and my 5 year old Granddaughter. The beds were comfy and there was nice storage space in dressers and the closets for our clothes. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc ..everything we needed to make ourselves meals. There were also ample towels and everything was very organized. The backyard was very quaint but roomy. We enjoyed sitting out here in the morning shade with coffee. The location is perfect! Maybe a minute walk to the beach in one direction and a minute to the bay in the other direction. We love Pass-A Grille and wont stay anywhere else. It's quiet and very family oriented. We walked in the dark every night down to the bay or the beach without a worry. There are lots of good places to eat or hangout. We always eat at Paradise Grill, The Brass Monkey and The Wharf, and of course ice cream at Paradise Sweets! And the sunsets are amazing. Make sure you visit Paradise Grill at Sunset for the Sunset Bell Ringing,
This was our first time staying in this home and we will definitely try to book here again next year. It couldn't have been any better! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!
Sybil is an awesome host.We spent the month of March here being beach bums and just relaxing. The beach is right there, also backyard patio was nice for hanging out. Restaurants and shops are a 3 minute walk. We are light sleepers and the area is nice and quiet at night. Cozy cottage has everything you need.
Will definitely stay again!
This is the cutest little cottage in Pass-a-Grille Beach on the south end of Saint Pete Beach. It is less than half a block to the Gulf and to the intercoastal. You can see both from the little front porch. The house was immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need. However it is so close to the restaurants in Pass-a-Grille and downtown that you will not want to cook. We really enjoyed the backyard patio and loved listening to the sound of the ocean from the house. The owner was very responsive when we had difficulty with the parking tag when we arrived. The home has plenty of towels and beach toys, umbrellas and supplies. We also appreciated the games in the front cabinet. If you are looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy the beach and sunshine, this is the place!
This is a cute little cottage. Needs a good deep cleaning.
I would recommend it for the location however.
I will say the owner needs a life lesson in empathy!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this VRBO property, the ‘cozy cottage’ in Pass-a-Grille FL! The area is a favorite of ours, but this time, the rental made the difference. It’s a turn-key environment, home away from home where you can immediately begin to enjoy yourself. So many things provided by the owner and a just very a comfortable setting. We enjoyed preparing meals in well-fortified kitchen and BBQ-ing in the private back yard. Steps to the beach (or jetty) a huge bonus. Working with the owner was great and we knew that we’re in good hands. This rental is at the top of our list when we vacation in FL. Dan Z, Wisconsin.

Great Pass a Grille get away
This was our third time staying at this prime location in Pass a Grille. It is less than 100 yards to the beautiful beach. We have great memories here. Walking distance to restaurants and the local grocery make it a destination you never need to use the car once you arrive. Coffee on the beach and amazing sunsets. Looking forward to returning.

great location
This cottage has a great location. It is walkable to most Pass-a-Grille sites/restaurants and so easy to jump onto the trolley to go into the city of St. Petersburg. It is a quaint cottage with all of the charm and limits of a real beach house.
The kitchen is well stocked with supplies to cook. There are many beach toys available. Lots of towels and sheets and comfy furniture.
My only "complaint" would be the VERY limited water pressure in the shower.

I had a fabulous time
The Cozy Cottage was that, and more.
I miscalculated my time and arrived early, and Sybil was kind enough to accommodate me.
And speaking (or writing) about accommodations, this little place was completely ready for occupancy. She stocks linens, towels and every cleaning supply you need.
This is the quieter part of Pass-a-Grille, and generally all of Pass-a-Grille is quiet. This home is a 30-second walk from the beach. I rarely drove anywhere, because everything her is a short walk. It should be booked steadily because it is fantastic, so get your reservations in now.

Cozy Cottage
My husband and I just spent an enjoyable month in this "cozy cottage". The location is ideal. A very short walk to the beautiful beach on the Gulf and convenient to several restaurants. The cottage is comfortable, bright and well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen items. The owner was very helpful and took care of any problems quickly.

INFESTED WITH TERMITES! Promised a full refund that I never received/no deposit back. no response
When we arrived on June 13 we found little wings everywhere in the cottage. In the beds, shower, in the living room, dinning room and all over the kitchen which would include the sink. Contacted owner right away and she apologized for the inconvenience. She said it was probably a swarm of termites but they are gone. She said she didn't think she could get a cleaning service but offered a refund of our first night. So I told her I would clean them up myself. Unexpectedly, the next day a cleaning service came but I had already cleaned. During the next couple of days we started seeing more and more of them until our fifth night when we came home between 1 and 2 a.m. The termites were everywhere plus they were flying all over and zooming at our heads! They were in our beds, pillows, kitchen sink, dishes, bathroom, our personal toiletries, in everything!. Evidently termites are more active during the night, who knew? We did not sleep that night since it made us uncomfortable. Not knowing if we were going to be taking termites home with us, thinking our clothing, shoes, suitcases and everything we had with us was ruined. I called the owner and explained the situation and that I could not stay there the last two nights booked. She said she understood and I would be getting a full refund since I had such a bad experience. That day my older girls were booked to fly home. They had to leave everything with me because the pest control company did not respond to us right away. Of course that cost me more baggage fees on my flight. After packing everything up I looked for a list of things we had to do before leaving but could not find one and I had to leave to get the girls to the Tampa airport. The towels I put in a pile in the laundry area. In my haste I forgot to clean the couple of dishes in the sink. I thought it would be understood that we had to leave in a hurry. Luckily, my special needs sister and I found accommodations in Orlando. This vacation was supposed to be fun and surrounded by family because it was our Nieces wedding. It was far from fun, the wedding was beautiful but the cottage was a nightmare. I keep thinking of the termites in the pillow I slept on unknowingly for 4 nights. My sister is not in great health and this was her only vacation to the beach in at least 6 years. This makes me sad for her, as long as her health holds out I will bring her down next year but we will be staying at a hotel. Stay Away!
