Welcome to our spacious beachfront house on Historic Pass a Grille Beach, directly overlooking the glistening Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy stunning sunsets and a magnificent moon lit ocean view.

Why they chose this property

We love Pass A Grille. We owned a condo 3 blocks away since 2011. We live 30 minutes away and love spending the summer at the beach. We just sold it recently and bought this house. We hope you enjoy it as much a we are going to. Please feel free to call with any questions.

What makes this property unique

Paddle boarding on the beach. There is a company that will bring the paddle boards to your door. People watching from the patio. We are located in the heart of pass a grille. We are in a residential part of town. Quiet and relaxing. Especially during the week and at night.You can walk or bike to everything. Their is a local trolley that can take you all the way to Clearwater beach( can even take bike on trolley). No car is needed.
