Ideally located for a marvellous roman staying at the beginning of Viale delle Medaglie d’Oro/Piazzale degli Eroi, the recently renovated mini apartment is located in a 1930's building with lift. Garden view, silent, electrical window, warm parquet flooring and entirely new furniture.4 meters high ceilings, wooden beams! This charming and welcoming apartment's main characteristic is to be on two levels: nice entrance, living room with a single sofa bed (2 persons), cooking corner, free wi-fi, TV, and the large bathroom with shower are all on the first level, while the welcoming master bedroom, can be reached with a winding staircase. Air conditioning (extra charge). The apartment is extremely well connected : 400 meters far from Metro Cipro (3 stops to get Piazza di Spagna 3.5 km distance) and at a walk distance from Vatican Museums and Walls.
Many buses stop right at the entrance of the building, just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican Museums entrance. You can get Trastevere and Testaccio by Appiano Train Station situated 400 meters far away, as well as Fiumicino airport. You can access to the most touristic areas on feet.
Enjoy the biggest roman flower market and the Trionfale market with his delicious colours and scents. Supermarkets, banks, and typical roman restaurants 50 meters far. All bed linen and towels are provided. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry service available.
Perfectly indicated for the most attractive touristic places that they can get both by subway (the Line A is the touristic Line) or by bus ( bus stop directly at the entrance of the building).

Visit to Rome

The apartment was amazing and the host was very informative and took time out of her schedule to tell us about all the great places around the apartment and places to see while in Rome. The location was close to most of the attractions, we walked to the metro and then took the train to all the attractions. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Cipro metro station and the train was another 5 to 10 minutes depending on stop. The apartment was on the 4th floor, so you had the choice of walking up 88 steps or taking the lift. The place was very clean, organized and quiet. During our stay we did not have any issues with noise while trying to sleep. I would recommend this place for a couple or family of 4, great place to stay and would come back again.

Bel appartement, chambre en mezzanine avec rangements, séjour avec espace cuisine, salle de douche avec wc & bidet que demander de plus ? L’accueil de Annabella Eschena la propriétaire nous a directement mis en confiance et nous nous sommes sentis en vacances dès les premiers instants, merci encore pour les bons conseils et les bonnes adresses, a presto ! La situation du logement le positionne à portée de toutes les visites possibles dans Rome. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble, ligne directe vers le centre historique (acheter les tickets chez le marchand tabac/presse). Côté restaurants que des bonnes adresses, fuyez les fastfood et autres grandes enseignes, quittez les avenues touristiques et n'hésitez pas à pousser la porte de petits restaurants dans les ruelles, écoutez et si l'on parle italien faite l'effort vous aussi même avec peu de vocabulaire vous serez appréciés et le service encore meilleur. Quelques noms dont vous pouvez trouver l'adresse sur internet : Elliot Pub, IL Peperoncino Dispettos, Bibi Brace & Cucina, 8Vos, bar Canova, Caffè Greco, Mister 100 Tiramisù, Cantina 26, Jolly, Alla Rampa dei Gracchi, Gusto et à Frascati IL Frascatto. Les visites : Le Vatican et le Colisée bien sûr, mais aussi le Forum, le Panthéon, la chambre d'Ignacio de Loyola, la Centrale Montemartini, Capitole, les Eglises toutes plus richement décorées les unes que les autres, le musée Hendrik Christian Andersen, la villa Borghese, en dehors de Roma Ostia Antica, Tivoli...... Le Shopping bien sûr, confection, maroquinerie, gellateria, épicerie fine (Castroni).... Pour conclure, faites vous plaisir et Rome vous le rendra ! Luc DB (Bretagne, France)

Our family (of 2 adults and 2 teens) spent 6 days at this location. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Annabella is very helpful and communicated well via email and text prior to and during our stay in Rome. At our arrival, I guess I missed the apartment address but Annabella's response to my text helped greatly. Although the bus stop is exactly outside the apartment building we preferred to walk to the center as the bus was always very full. We felt safe throughout our stay as we walked to the Rome center/ Vatican or to Cipro Metro station. The air condition was used only at night and it did get chilly but it was perfect for husband. It was a quiet location even with the window facing the street. The sunrise is early and comes straight into the bed location despite using the window shade but this was more of an alarm for us than a nuisance. Beds were comfortable. The sheets were a little short on one of the beds but this may be only my personal preference- overall beds are comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for small meal preparation. We didn't get to try the restaurants by the apartment. We did, however, eat at Pizzarium Bonci which is right by Cipro Metro. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and talking with Annabella.

Perfect place off the beaten track, surprisingly convenient!

This apartment is such a wonderful surprise! A few blocks from a metro stop, close to coffee and groceries, a modern place in an historic building. Very quiet, very clean and every convenience for a stay in Rome. The owner, Annabelle, was totally helpful with ideas about how to get around, places to eat. Great place, great host!

Sehr netter Empfang der Vermieterin Annabella, die uns - trotz unserer sehr verspäteten Anreise - wunderbare Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gab ( bes. für das Restaurant La Sagra del Vino um die Ecke!!!) Hübsche Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen (verbunden mit einer etwas abenteuerlichen Treppe). Schlafräume sind nicht abgetrennt, aber auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Ausstattung der Wohnung ok. Lage: wunderbar ruhig. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustür. Vatikanstadt in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great Value For Money in the Centre of Rome

Everything about this beautiful apartment gives the you a real experience of superb service in a beautiful city. The owner (Annabella) is amazingly helpful and welcoming, from meet and greet on arrival to providing advise on all aspects for your stay in Rome. It is clear to see that Annabella has taken pride in making sure that every little detail is covered, as everything here was done to the highest possible standards from tasteful, modern decor to spotless housekeeping. The apartment is perfectly situated for all bus and train services, where there is a bus stop immediately outside the building. A few minutes walk there are supermarkets and a pub that serves draught beer and pizza. I truly believe that this has to be one of the best bnb's that I have stayed in and is great value for money for its location. I will definitely return soon. Thanks Annabella.

faire une virée à deux ...en octobre....

L'appartement d'Annabella est tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description : simple mais efficace. Pour ceux qui souhaitent y cuisiner, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La literie est confortable. Le secteur est bien desservi en commerces. Et même si l'appartement n'est pas tout proche du "cœur historique", le bus situé juste en bas de l'appartement y conduit directement ! Ajouter à cela, une propriétaire fort sympathique, qui fera tout pour vous arranger, est le séjour est parfait !

Una estancia fantastica

Hemos estado en este apartamento 3 noches y ha sido una gran experiencia. El apartamento esta muy bien situado, cerca de autobuses y metro, con supermercado a 2 minutos y en zona tranquila. En 15 minutos andando estábamos en plena Plaza de San Pedro. La dueña Annabella siempre nos mantuvo al tanto de como iba nuestra reserva, dándonos algunos consejos sobre lo que hacer e incluso nos gestionó un servicio de transporte ya que por las horas de nuestro vuelo era complicado utilizar medios públicos. Apartamento cuidado y wifi muy bueno. Si volvemos a Roma repetiremos seguro. :)

Très bon séjour

Très bon acceuil par Annabella qui parle parfaitement français et qui réside dans l'immeuble. L'appartement est très bien agencé, isolé du bruit de la rue et bien situé. Le quartier est cossu et proche du vatican. Le musée est à une quinzaine de minutes de marche. Le bus en bas de l'immeuble mène à proximité de piazza di spagna. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

De l'aéroport, le train est très pratique, car la gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du logement! Le logement était très propre, confortable,conforme à la description.. L'accès au métro pour se rendre en centre ville peut se faire avec le bus au pied de l'immeuble, ou en 10 minutes à pieds. Le Vatican est aussi très proche et peut être rejoint à pied. Seul petit bémol de notre séjour, l'accès au WIFI qui ne fonctionnait pas! Mais la gentillesse et la bonne humeur d'Annabella nous ont fait oublier ce petit désagrément. N'hésitez pas à tester ses bonnes adresses de restaurants !! Très bonne adresse.

Great apartment!

It was a very nice apartment and we really liked staying there. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 persons. The metro stop is about 10 min walk and the bus stop is in front of the house. Good shops for buying grocerys are very near. There is everything you need at the apartment and the owner was very helpful and reliable, giving us tips about Rome! We truly recommend it!

Trés beau petit appartmen...

Trés beau petit appartment avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques jours à Rome. Si vous venez en été, n'oubliez pas de prendre l'air conditionné en supplément : c'est un must ! Nous sommes venus en voiture et n'avons pas eu de problèmes pour nous garer dans le quartier. Merci à Annabella pour son accueil et ses conseils pour éviter les endroits trop touristiques.

Pour y avoir séjourné à 4...

Pour y avoir séjourné à 4 durant deux semaines, l'appartement est vraiment idéal. Idéalement situé à 15mn du centre à pied ou 5 mn avec le bus au pied du logement, à proximité de toutes les curiosités de la ville. Il est aussi très bien agencé et pratique! La propriétaire qui habite juste à côté est vraiment très gentille, très agréable et très serviable. Pour nous le séjour fût très réussit et si nous y retournons nous ne manquerons pas de relouer cet appartement.

"L''appartement correspond à la description et nos attentes (nous étions 2)avec la proximité de la ville (transport en commun bus au pied de l''immeuble et METRO à 500 m)et ses merveilleux monuments. La propriétaire Annabella est très accueillante et de très bon conseil notamment pour les endroits ou bien manger. Sur place on trouve un CARREFOUR MARKET très pratique et ouvert 7j/7.Nous recommandons vivement cette location."
