Apartment at the Vatican Museums (Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's).

The Anastasio apartment is located a few steps from the Vatican walls (300 meters from the Metro stop Line A Cyprus - Vatican Museums). Recently renovated, it is located on the top floor (accessible by elevator) of a quiet building. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can become a double), a lounge, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one complete with a shower and another with a service). The bedrooms are air conditioned and each has a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts (free Wi-Fi internet, dishes, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, sheets, towels, TV, washing machine, iron).
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 minors.
Near the apartment there are bars, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, private garages, banks.
From 1 October 2023, the tourist tax will be €5 per person from 11 years old, for a maximum of 10 days. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check out.

This property had everything we needed. Just steps away from the metro, it was on a safe, quiet, side street and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely oriented. The clothes washer was well kept and convenient. AC in both bedrooms made sleeping quite comfortable. I highly recommend this property to couples and families. I must also say that Massmiliano is a gracious host. He was very knowledgeable of area restaurants, helpful with transport to the airport and suggested local markets for shopping. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment worked well for our family. Max was very helpful and responsive! It was great to have a brief walking tour of the neighborhood upon check in. The train worked great as well from the apartment. We were hesitant to try it but buying the tickets at the newspaper stand inside the station made it really easy.

The location was excellent the accommodations were very good the location also had a washing machine and was very easy to get to the Metro station which would basically get us to almost anywhere we wanted in Rome without difficulty place was very clean well-kept the owner was easy to talk to gave great suggestions of local places to eat that were budget friendly as well as super delicious I would highly recommend this property

Honestly this property is above 5 stars. Max was so helpful before and during our stay. We had to add on additional guests and he was so accommodating. First time in Italy and never felt overwhelmed knowing Max could answer all our questions. When we come back we will definitely be reaching out.

I’m very grateful to Max for everything. Thanks to his detailed explanation, we had no problems getting from airport. Max met us on the first day, gave us a tour of the neighborhood, showed us the metro station, pointed out cafes and restaurants, ships and the farmers market. Beautiful location, just a 7 minute walk to the A-line metro and 10 minutes from Vatican, in a very safe neighborhood. Highly recommended! Thank you Max!!!

We loved our stay at this wonderful apartment! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Max was a fantastic host not only did he welcome us to the apartment and give us a helpful tour of the neighborhood, but he was also extremely gracious when I mistakenly gave him the wrong date for our arrival. We had everything we needed for our week in Rome with two children. We loved our daily trips to La Siciliana for coffee and treats, and enjoyed walking to other sights around the city. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate. We feel so fortunate to have found this gem! Thank you so much, Max for allowing us to use your home and providing us with such a memorable experience!

Wonderful stay

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay, very close to the Vatican. It is also close to the Cipro train station, which is convenient. Use the train, not the bus! Max is a superb host, very helpful and kind.

Loved the area

Great location, close to metro. Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area. Short walk to the Vatican museums entrance. Max is a caring host with lots of good recommendations. Would stay here again!

Great place, great location

Max was excellent to deal with. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great near wonderful restaurants and cafes and conveniently close to the Metro and Vatican. Would stay here again!!

Max was truly an exceptional host. He met us on arrival and even helped us book a taxi for our trip home. His place had everything that we needed and was in a great location. It is very close to the Metro, grocery stores, as well as Bonci pizza - The best in Rome! We had an excellent experience in Rome and will look forward to returning. Highly recommended! Excellent apartment with great location !!

Max was a great person, he was there when we arrived and explained everything, the location is excellent, its walking distance from the Vatican and close to the subway where you can go anywhere, the apartment is as its explained and comfortable, if coming back to Rome I will definately stay with Max again.
