Welcome to your private Art Apartment in Rome, a contemporary home where art is an integral part of the interiors, just a short walk from the Vatican.

The apartment is centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Museums and just a few minutes from Ottaviano Metro Station. St. Peter’s Square and St. Peter’s Basilica are also within walking distance.

It is an officially authorized accommodation.

Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and an Italian-style bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The interior design incorporates original artworks and painted elements created by the owner specifically for the spaces of the apartment. In the living area, a large botanical composition painted directly onto the wall becomes part of the room itself and contributes to the apartment’s artistic identity.

For reservations for 2 guests, only the double bed is prepared by default. If you would also like the sofa bed to be prepared as a bed, please request it when booking. An additional fee of €30 applies.

The Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Square and St. Peter’s Basilica are all within walking distance.

Ottaviano Metro Station is just a few minutes away on foot and provides convenient connections to other parts of Rome, including the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Colosseum and Circus Maximus.

Shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets can be found throughout the surrounding area. A car is not necessary for visiting central Rome.

Normal check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us in advance to check availability. Late check-in is subject to prior confirmation and an additional fee may apply depending on the arrival time.

Illegal activities and illegal downloading of files are not permitted in the apartment.

The applicable Rome city tax is payable according to local regulations.
