Excellent property and host

We've travelled as a group of 10 people (6 adults & 4 kids) and had great time in this property. It has all the amenities you can imagine for not only 1 week long stay but simply for regular life. The garden and outdoor area is even more impressive than on the pictures. Despite late check-in (after midnight) we've had great introduction to all aspects and the guidance was very clear and helpful. It's a great place to both - stay and have fun there or do some trips to nearby attractions. We've experienced great holiday time and will consider going there again.

Perfect for Family

We stayed with friends and our kids, total of 7. We had a great time at the house/pool, incredible beach near by and trips to Syracuse and Taormina. The hosts english isn't great, but he has help that does have good english. There are grocery stores a short drive away that have everything you need.

Sicilian Christmas

We stayed with extended family in this lovely spacious villa. The weather was perfect. So warm and sunny that some swimming was done. Our hosts were extremely generous and helpful. The little girls with us loved playing all over the beautiful garden. Very easy to catch trains to Siracusa and Noto We had a wonderful time.

Excellent villa and lovely hosts

We loved our stay at the villa. The hosts were very helpful and flexible with our need to check-out later. The pool and outside space was fantastic and having air-conditioning inside was definitely appreciated. You can't go wrong with a stay in this villa! We had some great meals at La Campannina and also enjoyed a meal at Paper Moon in Cassibile. We cooked some pizzas in the wood burning oven too. Had hoped to use the train once or twice but it seemed a bit random as to if it was cancelled or not.

Beautiful place but bad weather

The house is beautiful, especially outside. There are multiple seating areas, a lovely pool and flowers everywhere. The hosts could not have been more helpful. The main drawback is that the hot water is heated by a solar tank, and it was not sunny, and the auxiliary water heater would not handle a large group. Hence, cold showers. Had it been sunny, it would have been perfect. A microwave would also be helpful.

Fantastic

Giuseppe and Nico were fantastic, our sat nab took us to the wrong location but a quick call to Giuseppe and he had us back on track. Upon arrival, both Giuseppe and Nico showed around the property and gave us full instructions on how things worked. They also gave us some vital information like where local shops were and bars and restaurants etc.. We had a couple of occasions to call Giuseppe and both times he was extremely helpful. The villa itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all 9 of us. The kids loved the pool. The area surrounding the villa was great for us, just a 5-10 min walk to the beach where there are some restaurants, cafes and bars. Overall would recommend

Wir haben ein sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt danke:) Die Unterkunft ein Traum und hat alles erfüllt was versprochen wurde. Ein toller Service und sehr sauber. Zu empfehlen ist nur, dass man ein Auto besitzt damit man alles besser erreichen kann.

Fint hus med pool och vedeldad pizzaugn

Välskött fastighet med relativt god standard, dock saknade vi diskmaskin. Fin pool (ej uppvärmd, men skönt i vattnet ändå). Vi uppskattade den vedeldade pizzaugnen och pingisbordet mycket. Nära till den fina stranden där det finns några restauranger men inte mycket övrigt. Fina klippor i södra delen av stranden med bra snorkling. Liten butik i närheten men ganska långt att gå till större butik och tex slaktaren. Ägaren var mycket hjälpsam vid frågor och bokning av transfer och utflykt till Etna. Tillgång till cyklar för att ta sig runt hade varit uppskattat.

Perfect holiday with a beautiful, huge villa. I spent over a week with my friends ( 12 people) in a beautiful villa. The equipment of the house was complete, amazing kitchen outside and a barbecue where we spent most of the day. Very clean and big rooms and very caring owners. Beautiful surroundings and sandy beach only 10 minutes from the house. Great landscape. A holiday of dreams. I recommend highly.

La villa correspond parfaitement à notre attente.

Fantastic Villa Holiday

11 of us stayed here for 10 Days to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. Communication before our arrival was brilliant, Giuseppe was able to meet our special request to check in early due to an early flight which was so helpful. We had a great tour of the villa when we arrived, it is absolutely stunning and surpassed the pictures. The outdoor area is just fantastic, ideal for the beautiful weather. Inside and outside is immaculate and everywhere was really comfortable. We loved cooking outside, using the BBQ and the pool is a great size and lovely to cool off in, as was the outdoor shower which is perfect after a day in the sun. Gardens and other seating areas are large and really safe for children, there is even a ping pong table to use. We had a couple of trips to the nearby beach and enjoyed pizza takeaway from the Capannina, and jumped on the train to Syracuse from the station which is 5 minutes walk from the villa. It really is perfect and we would love to return. Thank you so much Giuseppe and family for such a wonderful stay and especially helping to arrange a beautiful birthday cake for us, hopefully we will see you again!

Villa TOP..Location indimenticabile

Che dire!....Tutto perfetto ad iniziare dalla funzionalità delle villa, della sua posizione nel contesto turistico (15 minuti da Siracusa, 20 da Noto e 40 da Marzamemi) e dalla disponibilità del proprietario Giuseppe sempre presente per eventuali problemi e pronto a darti consigli per la vacanza. Abbiamo soggiornato in 12 ma si poteva stare anche in più persone.... la camere sono grandi e pulite, ci sono ampi spazi all'aperto che rendondo il soggiorno splendido. I PLUS sono la piscina privata molto grande con doccia esterna e la cucina esterna (dotata di tutto dal forno a legna alla griglia a gas) che ti invita a cucinare anche se non vorresti perché sei in vacanza! Il tutto ubicato in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo a 5 minuti dallo splendido mare trasparente di Fontane Bianche con spiaggia di sabbia. La sera non ci sono divertimenti nelle vicinanze ma Ortigia dista solo 15 minuti! Grazie Giuseppe per il soggiorno indimenticabile e sono convinto che in futuro saremo senz'altro di nuovo tuoi ospiti. Un saluto da Alfredo e i suoi amici!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Ambiente

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr viel Platz drinnen und drum herum. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern da und haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Guiseppe hatte uns freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sehr praktisch wegen der Kleinkinder war, dass der Pool-Bereich abgesperrt werden konnte. Außenküche und Grill haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Zimmer haben merkwürdig hohe Schränke, aber hübsch und modern und gute Betten. Feine frei zugängliche Sandstrände sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch wenn die Straßen selten Gehsteige haben, ließ sich der Weg mit den Kindern gut machen. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden.

A fantastic family holiday

After a seemingly endless lockdown and for a time thinking there was no way we would ever get to Sicily we were over the moon to finally arrive at Fontane Bianche! The property was everything we had hoped for and Guiseppe, Nico and family were very welcoming and hospitable hosts who answered all questions and queries swiftly. We didn't get to visit as many places as we had planned because the villa, especially the pool, was so comfortable we had many lazy days just relaxing in the sun. We would however definately recommend a visit to Mount Etna which was about an hours drive and spectacular. Also Siracusa has many great places to see ie the Greek ampitheatre and Ortigia. In all, a fabulous holiday, we would definately love to return in the future and would 100% recommend this villa. Thank you again Guiseppe and family!

Fantastisk hus

Virkelig lækkert hus med de skønneste udearealer - overdækkede områder, skønt poolområde og fantastisk udekøkken, hvor stenovnen blev brugt til at lave pizza. Imødekommende og venlig vært. Vi har elsket vores ophold.
