It is a newly built house, situated in the center-north of the island, in the town of San Lorenzo, in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Cozy and comfortable, with attention to detail.
Intimate atmosphere, ideal to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the area. Having completely cleared the field.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with two single beds. All with air conditioning and heating. Private pool with sun terrace, sunbeds and parasols. Great BBQ with covered terrace.
Among other possibilities is that of an afternoon of fun playing ping-pong, board games, or reading books to find the spot.
It is also very pleasant to stroll through the countryside.

Near the northern beaches, hippy markets and other points of interest.
You will find good local restaurants around to enjoy the Ibizan cuisine.

Great villa for a family holiday

Great villa for our family holiday. Clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (including very comfy beds!). Great location, just 5 mins drive from a shop and 15 mins to nearest beach (which was lovely). Recommend.

An excellent holiday in a beautiful home.

We had the most wonderful easter break with our family at the villa. The location is perfect, just a short drive to our favourite beaches and restaurants. Maribel is the most incredible host. We will be back!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool

Die Lage im Nordosten der Insel ist ideal. Mit dem Auto kann man die Gegend und die Küste herrlich mit Wanderungen erkunden. Das Haus hat auch einen sehr schönen Außenbereich, einen tollen Pool und eine sehr gepflegte Bepflanzung.

Heerlijk huis!

Mooie woning tot in de kleinste details voorzien van alles wat je kunt wensen voor een heerlijke vakantie. Schoon, rustige omgeving met veel privacy en ontzettend vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Eigen vervoer is een must, maar dan heb je ook binnen 15/20 minuten ruime keuze uit grotere supermarkten, diverse activiteiten, lekkere restaurants en de mooiste strandjes. Aanrader!

Definitely recommended!

We have had an amazing stay at this place. The best thing about this villa is the outdoor space, with a private pool and different areas for every part of your day (diner table, relax area with lounge sofas and outdoor kitchen with bbq). The location is perfect, really central on the island and at the same time very quiet with no close neighbours. Maribel is the sweetest and tries to make your stay unforgettable. Really recommend this place and hope to come back here soon!

wat een prachtig huis in een omgeving waar je maar niet genoeg van kunt krijgen. geen luidruchtige buren maar gekwetter van vogels. restaurants op een paar minuten afstand en een supermarkt binnen een kwartiertje. Kortom een superweek in een prachtig gedeelte van Ibiza

Fantastic Villa Home from Home

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Sa Vinyeta and I can truly say it was an amazing holiday. Maribel the owner is fantastic and cannot do enough for you , she is on hand 24/7 for any questions and you feel truly supported throughout your stay. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the outside space is truly outstanding and we spent lots of hours in the fantastic pool and had lots of bbq’s using the outside kitchen. You do need a car but as Ibiza is a fantastic Island to explore then a car is pretty standard. I would recommend this villa to anyone and we hope to return soon. Thank you Maribel xxx

The property was clean, spacious and very quiet. We spent most of our time outside - in and around the pool area, which is lovely. It is a good base to explore the island with a car.

Da Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Super gepflegt und top ausgestattet, u.a. in der Küche mit Gewürzen und allem, was man braucht. Super Service, u.a. werden alle Handtücher am Dienstag gewechselt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

The villa is fantastic! Perfect for our family holiday. We are planning to come back!

The villa itself is clean and very well presented. Has some fantastic outside space that doubles the size of the villa. Some great nearby restaurants, La Paloma and Cafe Giri being our two favourites. The local shop might be a touch cramped and is not cheap but has everything you want to knock up a quick dinner or grab some drinks. We found Cala de Sant Vicent to be a perfect family beach nearby there are more secluded and more natural beaches but the amenities and available restaurants are useful when you have large family group! Overall we had a fantastic time and are definitely planning to come back. If you are coming for your first trip you could do a lot worse than Sa Vinyeta!

Schöne und gemütliche Finca

Sehr schöne Finca etwas abseits gelegen, hält definitiv was sie verspricht. Maribel ist eine super Vermieterin und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn Fragen auftauchen. Am Dienstag werden die Badetücher ausgetauscht und auch sonst ist das ganze Haus sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn man etwas vom Trubel der Hauptstadt Ibiza entkommen will, definitiv eine Reise wert. Thank you very much, Maribel!

Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect, exactly how it looked on the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of seating areas with room for all of us to eat at lunchtime and in the evening. The bedrooms were really comfortable and clean with shutters to protect from the morning sun. The outside area was lovely and the garden well maintained by Maribel (the owner). The house was very secure with an electric gate and gates on all the doors and windows (plus an alarm). Maribel made us feel very welcome, a perfect holiday.

VILLA TRES AGREABLE , SUPER SEJOUR.

La villa est très agréable à vivre, au calme et proche de tout. 10 mn des plages, des marchés incontournables d'IBIZA et à 15 mn d'Eivissa ! c'est l'endroit parfait pour profiter de l'Ile... La propriétaire veille à ce que l'on ne manque de rien, prévenante, accueillante et d'une gentillesse rare. Nous nous sommes senti chez nous, la maison est idéale pour la famille, tout est prévu pour les enfants en bas âge. Encore Merci pour tout !!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool. The area is quiet and relaxing. Nice beaches and restaurants are nearby. For sure we wil return to this wonderful place.

Beautiful Place

We spent two weeks in Septmember here in Sa Vinyeta. The Villa is extremely well presented with good furniture and beds, all rooms have air con that works perfectly. the outdoor area is stunning along with the pool. San lorenzo is our favourite part of the Island and the villa has good road access to all the nice restaurants and beaches... lots of partridges around in the morning and lots of owls at night!! We had a wonderful stay here, our baby girl was really well catered for, she would quite happily live here.!! (So would we). What stood out for us was how well managed the villa is, the bathrooms are equipt as well as a top end hotel which is a credit to the owner "Maribel" who looked after us so well. Maribel, you are lovely xx, we would stay here again and again
