Large 2 bdrm / 2 bath condo overlooking golf course

San Jose Del Cabo is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with great weather and a variety of activities. Club La Costa is situated in a safe gated community on the Vindanta Golf course with 3 pools and 3 hot tubs, 2 blocks from a gorgeous three mile stretch of white sand beach on the Sea of Cortez.

This top floor condo has 2 levels; main floor kitchen, living room, bedroom, washroom and covered terrace with washer/dryer and BBQ. Second level has the master bedroom w/ensuite, mezzanine living area and uncovered sunny terrace.

La Comer (previously Mega) (similar to Super Store), Starbucks, banks and ATMS are an easy 10-15 minute walk. Wal-Mart a 20 minute walk.

20 minute walk to the historic downtown San Jose Del Cabo with many great restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries along the way.
Enjoy the Art Walk in downtown San Jose Thursday nights and local festivals in the town square.

Great place!

The property is clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed during our stay. Beautiful grounds and pools. Loved the 2 balconies. One for the sun and the other in the shade. The location was perfect for us. lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. In that same walk there are Cabs and local buses to take you any where you want to go. Lots more to do in the old downtown and night life to keep you entertained all in a short bus or cab ride. It was all we needed and more. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect location

We have spent many vacations at Club La Costa. This is probably our favorite unit so far. It is well equipped. The private North facing balcony was perfect complete with comfy furniture to sit on. The upper bedroom is lovely and has a nice balcony as well. The fridge is quiet (we have had some noisy ones in other units). Lots of cleaning supplies and hangers. Comfy beds. There wasn't really anything we needed. Look forward to staying again.

Fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay at Club La Costa. The condo is perfect ... well equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and nice big decks (2 levels) .. was nice to have one in the shade and the top deck in the sun and a nice view of the golf course and the big pool - and very private too! Thanks to Kim for answering all my many questions. After a few days we felt like locals and got to know several people in the complex (mostly Canadians!) ...... certainly could have used another few weeks of relaxation! Thanks again!

Perfect Condo!

The condo was in a perfect location! Easy to walk to the grocery, beach and to downtown San Jose. We loved how quiet and peaceful the condo and pool were. The condo was well appointed with lots of kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. The bed and pillows were super comfy. This place was perfect!

Well appointed great location!

We had a fabulous month staying in Kim and Gerry’s condo. It is very well appointed with lists of dishes and nice wine and margarita glasses. There are two beach chairs and two beach umbrellas. It stays cool in the afternoon sun and is very quiet. We wnjoyed watching all the birds and feral cats in the garden . Great location for walks on the beach and walking into town. Can’t wait to go back next Year!

Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing

This was one of my favorite vacation rentals! Not only is the unit beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped but the condo complex is quiet, well-maintained, and perfectly located! The grocery store (La Comer) is within walking distance. The nearby restaurants offer a variety of options, and all the locals are very friendly. I’d definitely rent from Kim again!

A comfortable stay in paradise!

This two-level two bedroom condo overlooking the golf course is a quiet and comfortable place to stay in San José del Cabo. It is well equipped for cooking and just relaxing on the two decks or poolside, and quiet because it's set back from the main road. The deck faces north on the third floor, so it is easy to keep cool without using A/C. There are two nearby access points to the beach (no swimming there), but there's a choice of 3 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property that is beautifully landscaped with myriads of palms and flowers. The three La Costa complexes are across the street from major resorts and hotels, and the nearby Plaza del Pescador features several nice cafés, shops and restaurants. A 15-20 minute walk takes you to the popular Megastore (La Comer) or its new rival Chedrali across the street where everything is available, including an impressive array of fresh fish, fruit and veggies. If you want a quiet, comfortable and convenient place for a getaway, at a very reasonable price, this place with its hospitable Canadian owners is for you!

This condo was great!

Really enjoyed our stay here for a month. Condo had everything we needed and location is great. Three pools were never really busy so could always find a chair. Would definitely come back and book again. To bad it's booked already for next year. Kim and Gerry were great to work with. We never had any issues or complaints while we were here. Wonderful vacation

The property is well maintained, the landscaping immaculately manicured there's always someone working on the grounds. The condo itself was prefect didn't want for anything all the comforts of home, something you don't always get when renting. Two balconies that are in the shade a welcoming break from the hot afternoon sun. Excellent wifi in the condo. The condo itself is situated in a great location a three minute walk to the beach which we gazed at every morning whilst sitting in the chairs and towels provided by Kim. All the stores are within walking distance although you might want to get a taxi back if you have a lot of groceries very cheap. Historic San Jose is a twenty minute walk away but you can take the bus for 25 pesos for two each way. Thursday night is a must all the art galleries are open and the main plaza is full of local artist selling there work. The restaurants are in abundance too many to mention needless to say excellent variety of choices and happy hour marguerites make sure you make a reservations on Thursdays as the town swells this particular night. The Saturday market is also well worth going to see great music on hand.

Peaceful comfort in sunny Los Cabos

This is a well-kept and well-supplied home away from home. It is ideally situated a short walking distance from the mega hotels along the beach but also within easy access to grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, and the charming galleries of the Old Town historic district. The condo is next to the larger pool area along the golf course, neither of which were ever very busy or noisy. I made good use of the kitchen for leisurely mornings spent on one of the two decks or for a shady respite from the beach. I especially appreciated the two-levels of the condo (bedroom/bathroom combination on each floor) for times when I had family visitors. All in all, it's a great place for a calm, quiet getaway and as a home base for exploring the region. I'd love to go back.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable, well equiped and perfectly located. It is walking distance from the beach, grocery, restaurants, city center, shopping area, etc. Be carefull if you go with young children as the waves are dangerous and noisy but as the condo is not on the beach the noise won't wake you up at night. The amability of the mexican, the activities and the location will make enjoy your trip!!!

Excellent stay!

We stayed at this condo for 1 week this past December 2014. Lovely bright clean suite with comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen is well equipped and all appliances (incl washer/dryer) worked great. Patios are cozy and private as well. Pool and hot tub area very nice and we were always able to get a lounger. Good, safe location, just a short walk to the beachfront Hotel Zone, with miles of wide sandy beach to walk along. We walked easily for groceries, ice cream, coffee etc, plus great restaurants all within walking distance too. Will definitely be back!
