You will enter the apartment into a great room that comfortably combines the living and kitchen spaces into one open living experience. A wall of windows makes the space open and bright.
The kitchen includes a microwave, 2- burner cooktop, fridge, coffee maker and a full array of utensils, dishes, pot and pans, etc so you have all you need to cook meals. The dining table allows for comfortable food serving and eating space.
The bathroom is off the great room and includes a tub/shower combo so you can soak your weary muscles after a long day on the mountain or can use it for a child’s bath before bedtime.
For your comfort, the bedroom has a queen-size Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress. Additionally, every window in the apartment is dressed with Eclipse Absolute Zero blackout curtains which will assist with getting a great night’s sleep.
Air conditioning is available in the bedroom.
The apartment offers high speed wifi and is equipped with a smartTV (Roku).
The apartment is child friendly.
If you are lucky enough to get significant amount of snow during your stay, you might hear the town snow plows clearing the roads and parking lot. A sound machine for sleeping is provided for those who are light sleepers.
There is no smoking of any kind on the premises. Pets are not allowed.

Secure garage parking is located under the apartment with a set of indoor stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment. The garage has ample space to store skis and bikes. There is a 220V outlet (NEMA 14-50) for electric vehicle charging also in the garage. Note- only an outlet is provided, you must bring your own cable. A maximum of 2 small to medium cars/trucks are allowed on the premises. Height of garage is 6'8". Exceptions are not allowed.
Noise: Snowplows will be plowing both sides of the building when needed during day or night (during storms). Noise potential from other guests.
Internet: Internet connectivity and wifi is not guaranteed due to provider and mountain weather.

The Neighborhood
There is no need to drive anywhere and fight for parking at Mammoth Mountain. A town bus stop is within a block and gives access to the whole town and mountain lodges. You can catch the bus at Main Lodge and be back to the apartment bus stop in 15 minutes.
Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The grocery store is a 6 minute walk away. A bank w/ ATM is adjacent to the property.
Cameras are located on the walkway and garages to monitor snow loads.

Great location. Modern and clean. There was no oven which I didn’t realize. Overall was a positive experience. Good communication and instructions from host.
This property was clean, well decorated with attention to detail. The hosts had very clear instructions and the garage was a bonus. We loved having a kitchen and the town has everything you may need. It was especially lovely to come up in the fall..
Premium amenities in the condo. Memory foam mattress, good quality towels, kitchen essentials. And the garage is a huge bonus. The apartment heats up quickly, and when necessary can cool down with all the windows opened, with the cooking smells from the Warming Hut as an added bonus. The only complaint would be that there is early morning next door as the restaurant has delivery trucks or garbage trucks most days.
great place centrally located, garage is a nice feature
this is a newly renovated and centrally located condo with the huge convenience of a garage with 120 and 240v outlets. place was well plowed during a time of record snowfall. only minor issue is wall to the neighboring unit is very thin so you can here everything next door if it's occupied. so bring earplugs. we'd definitely stay here again.

The description states “1 King Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed”The bed in the bedroom is not a king bed. I measured the width as 57”, which is much smaller than the 76” which is the expected size of a king bed. Otherwise, the place is wonderful.
I came up for a week of hiking and mountain biking, and thought this rental was perfect. I was able to bike out to nearby trails and park my car and bike in the garage. Speaking of, really appreciated having the option to charge my EV while I was there. I also thought the owners were probably the friendliest VRBO hosts I've ever had in Mammoth, and appreciated their helpful advice. They seem very hands on. My only issue was the nearby noise from building construction and garbage trucks, as this building is in town and almost directly behind a restaurant. But if you're on the mountain all day, that really shouldn't matter. Overall, a great rental and I would book again, especially for the garage and walking location.
I'm a physical therapist (with an entrepreneurial spirit). I enjoy traveling and meeting people from all around the world. My husband and I remodeled our building in Mammoth Lakes so that we can share the awesomeness of Mammoth with everyone. We try our best to get our kids outside on adventures as much as possible!

The apartment is steps away from popular restaurants and shops. The free town shuttle bus is a 1 minute walk away which gives access to Mammoth Mountain lodges, Lakes Basin, Reds Meadow. The nearest grocery store is a 5 minute walk.
