House in Ars de Ré

Nice house, ground floor with kitchen and patio, 1st floor 2 bed rooms. Very complete equipped, all clean and functional. Nicely decorated. Good map with advices. We've been there early June, out of season, very calm. In a vacation resort with own pool, large and clean. Good supermarket close by. Reserved parking next to the house. Summary- we loved it.

Location au top

Tous les repas pris sur la terrasse. Propriétaire à l écoute ainsi que Denise à l accueil. Vélos loués à abri dans le jardinet. Accessoires pour cuisiner , rien ne manque. Sauf peut être le barbecue mais la raison pour laquelle il est absent nous a été communiqué et nous comprenons fort bien. Séjour de 5 jours parfait.

Tolles kleines Häuschen in Ferienanlage

Das Häuschen ist klein, aber gut geschnitten und ausgestattet für eine vierköpfige Familie, ideal fürs Fahrradfahren, der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin Michèle ist jederzeit ansprechbar und löst kleinere Probleme unmittelbar! Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Einziger, etwas negativer Aspekt war, dass die Sauberkeit in den Ecken und Nischen zu wünschen übrig ließ.

HORS DE PRIX POUR L'ETAT DE LA LOCATION

Poussières, taches et toiles d'araignée jalonnent les pièces. Il y avait encore des capsules utilisées dans la machine Nespresso A quoi cela sert-il de demander des frais pour le nettoyage? Les fils électriques assemblés avec de la toile isolante (bonjour la sécurité) jonchent le sol, le jardin n'est pas entretenu, wifi et télévision s'interrompent sans cesse.

Gute Aufteilung, aber leider ohne Grundreinigung und in die Jahre gekommen

Nachdem wir 2 Wochen in Lacanau verbracht hatten, kamen wir auf der Ile de Ré an. Nach der Übergabe stellten wir fest, dass das gesamte Haus nicht ordentlich geputzt war. Der Kühlschrank war eine Katastrophe, die Küchenschränke schmierig und die Böden nicht gewischt teils nicht mal gesaugt. Einzig die Sanitärbereiche wiesen eine gewisse Sauberkeit auf. Aber leider auch nicht in den Ecken... Das Besteck war teilweise schmutzig. Ich kontaktierte daraufhin die Vermieterin, die mir direkt anbot, dass am nächsten Morgen (Sonntag) die Reinigungsfrau um 9 Uhr kommen könnte. Ich lehnte dieses jedoch ab, da es mit einer Reinigung in einem mit unserem ausgepackten Gepäck vollen Haus nicht getan wäre. Dieses Häuschen ist tatsächlich schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Grundreinigung bis in die Ecken benötigt. Schmutz fand sich in allen Ecken: Krümel, Haare, Staub, ein altes durchgesessenes Sofa und die Spülmaschine hatte ein total verdrecktes Sieb. Es ist auch nicht schön, wenn man als Ferienmieter mit uralten Schwämmen und Lappen konfrontiert wird. Diese hätten auch schon längst entsorgt werden müssen. Naja, wir fanden uns damit ab, dass das Haus nicht richtig sauber war und ärgerten uns zwar über die xx Euro, die wir für diese schlechte Reinigung zahlen mussten aber eine Konversation mit der älteren Dame zu dem Thema war leider aufgrund von Verständigungsproblemen (mein unzureichendes Französisch und sie konnte leider kein Wort Englisch) nicht möglich. Im Inserat ist zu lesen, dass das Haus renoviert sei. Dem ist nicht so!Die Möbel sind alt, die Fugen schmutzig und die Wände auch nicht frisch gestrichen. Ich glaube, dass die beiden WC Schüsseln relativ neu waren, das war es aber auch schon. Ein Defekt im oberen WC haben wir weder verursacht noch gemeldet, da es uns schlichtweg nicht bewusst war. Der Spülkasten dort läuft sehr langsam nach. Das Haus an sich hat einen guten Grundriss und man kann es dort mit 4 Personen sehr gut aushalten. Auch der kleine Garten ist sehr praktisch. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll und der Gemeinschaftspool auch ganz nett. Alles in allem ist die Ile de Ré wirklich sehr, sehr schön und der kleine Ort Ars auch sehenswert. Ich finde aber, dass der Preis für eine Woche in dem rustikalen Häuschen überteuert war. Wenn es mit der Grundreinigung in Zukunft besser läuft und an der ein oder anderen Stelle mal etwas im Haus erneuert wird, ist es sicher ganz nett. Die Betten jedenfalls waren sehr bequem.

Environnement excellent avec plage à côté piscine commune plutôt agréable Très bien placé calme Intérieur salon et cuisine bien aménagé petit jardin pratique et agréable Chambre exiguë et salle de bain trop petite l étage reste un peu trop exiguë Ménage pas au top dans les chambres et sols. Mais salle de bain et cuisine propre. Necessite un peu de Fraîcheur dans la vaisselle mais tout y est.

Bol d’air et détente au rdv

Parfait pour un séjour ressourçant, propreté, accessibilité, situation proche plage, manque juste le wifi qui de nos jours est tout de même important. Un peu loin également du centre ville si vous souhaitez louer des vélos :) Je recommande cette propriété car malgré tout cela reste des détails par rapport à l’ensemble du séjour ☺️

Confortable et bien situé mais un peu petit pour 4 adultes

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maisonnette bien aménagée et équipée (pour cuisiner), un bémol : il n'y a pas de wi-fi. La couette 200X200 est trop petite pour un lit en 140. Le passage privé jusqu'au jardin est bien pratique pour les vélos. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit.
