Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is equipped with the modern convenience of home including a pull out sofa for additional guests, wireless High-Speed Internet, HD TV's and an outdoor smoker/gill. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, a half-bath en-suite, and an attached screened in private lanai, perfect for reading or enjoying the afternoon rain showers. The guest bedroom features one queen bed, stylish décor, and a large closet, perfect for additional guests or children.

Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community which features shady streets, a large well-kept pool, clubhouse, and private dock. Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is steps away from the Private Polynesian Gardens Dock, allowing easy access for you to spend the day fishing or watching the sunset.

Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is a short walk to the beach, and all supplies needed for the perfect beach day are provided. The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north of the Siesta Villa Laughing Gull. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.

The large heated pool for the Polynesian Garden residents and guests is steps away and provides the perfect setting for swimming and relaxing. The pool is surrounded by majestic oak trees which provides additional shade when needed and the tranquility of a peaceful setting.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.
**Reservations During the months of Jan-March must be for the beginning of the month to the end. Reservations that do not meet this time requirement may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

A. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 2 miles from Polynesian Gardens. The best way to reach the village is either by bike or the free Siesta Key Trolley.
Q. Are there beach supplies included at the property?
A. Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and a pull cart to help bring everything down to the beach.
