Fully loaded kitchen, all new appliances, new washer and dryer, and a dark bottom saltwater pool with fenced in backyard. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee sitting on the front porch swing as you feel the perfect ocean breeze on your face. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and to the world famous historical Don Cesar Hotel. Nothing like spending the perfect day on the beach and just when you think you have had enough sunshine, stick around and watch the best sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. You will not regret this vacation destination.

Born in raised in the Tampa Bay area it's hard to enjoy a vacation, because nothing seems better than home. It's hard to compare the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico to anything else. We are located in one of the United States favorite beaches. Why go anywhere else? We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property cannot be better located. Once you are here you literally don't need a car for anything. There is a local trolley that can take you to near by locations for a small fee. You have two great restaurants right on the same street. The pharmacy has just about anything you could need also on the same street. A grocery store just a 10 min walk, which happens to be right next to the best French bakery in town! And of course, last but not least you are just a 5 min walk to the beach. You can be there all day or come back to the house to cool off in a newly constructed saltwater pool! You have everything you need and could ever want. One word I use to describe this oasis is simply, "Peaceful."

What makes this property unique

Quite residential neighborhood away from busy Gulf Blvd. Yet, just a 5 min walk to the white sandy beaches of St. Petersburg Beach. Great beach bar located right next to our beach access with live music on the weekends. Tons of beach chair/umbrella rentals near by. All sorts of beach equipment rental available. Close to everything.
