BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT APARTMENT CLASS 3* PARKING / WIFI free

Bright, comfortable flat located in the heart of the historic centre of Saint-Malo and close to tourist attractions and shops.
COVID MEASURES: After each rental, the sanitary cleaning protocol is applied, the linen is washed at high temperature.
Short stay accepted outside school holidays and discounted fortnightly and monthly rates.
Decreasing rate for stays of 15 days and more. Please contact us.

Free parking space on one of the intramural car parks from Easter to October.
Located at 100 meters from the Saint Vincent gate.
Close to the beaches (5 min walk), shops (50 meters from a Carrefour Market) and activities.

Great stay in Saint Malo

Very much enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo. The apartment is in a brilliant position in the citadel and is nicely set up for guests. The beaches are very nice, there is a great range of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. If you are an English guest there are a couple of things to be aware of: Anne-Marie is lovely, but she doesn't speak English. This did not get in the way of arrangements, but be aware. If you are driving, Anne-Maire has a pass for the large underground Q Park where you can park for free for the week. This is great, but initially I wasn't sure how this worked. Anne-Marie let us know that she preferred guests to arrive before 5pm. This did not coincide with our ferry (to Caen) but she was flexible after we explained, and welcomed us at 6pm. You will have to walk any luggage to the apartment from the car park (5 min walk). This did not worry us, but if you are expecting everything in proximity, that is not how it works. Finally, the apartment is really in the middle of the busy area and there will be buskers and street performers in the summer, as well as the noise of tourists below the apartment. We loved this, but be aware. The bedrooms do not have external noise, these are nice and quiet. Overall this is a brilliant apartment in great location in an historic town which we loved. The walk around the ramparts is epic, and being in the middle of the town - you have immediate access to all the amenities. Loved it and would recommend it highly.

Très bonne semaine passée dans l'appartement d'Anne Marie. Qui nous a accueillis dès notre arrivée à Saint Malo pour nous montrer et expliquer l'appartement et les lieux à visiter. Les 2 chambres donnant sur la cour arrière sont très calmes. La cuisine fonctionnelle et le séjour très lumineux. Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mitten in Saint-Malo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zentral innerhalb der Stadtmauern gelegen, die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus sehr ruhig. Wir waren in 5 Minuten am Strand und uns wurde sogar eine Karte für das Parkhaus zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war perfekt und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Apartement von Anne-Marie, weil es uns so gefällt dort: St. Malo, der Strand, die Lage der Wohnung, die Wohnung, der Parkplatz, das Service von Anne Marie, das unkomplizierte Aus-Checken zu früher Stunde. Ist unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz zum Urlauben. Vermutlich werden wir nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Eine ruhige Insel mitten im bunten Treiben der schönen Stadt St. Malo! Bestens ausgestattete Wohnung: Spiele für die Kinder- sogar für den Strand, Strandstuhl, rundum ausgestattete Küche und eine Parkkarte für das Parkhaus. Und vom Wohnzimmerfenster den Straßenkünstlern zu sehen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Magnifique appartement familial bien équipé et idéal pour un séjour en famille. La possibilité d'avoir un parking à quelques minutes du logement est un plus indéniable. La gérante est très accueillante, nous ne pouvons que recommander si vous souhaitez résider au sein de Saint Malo Intramuros et découvrir les charmes de cette partie de la Bretagne.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Très propre, nous avons apprécié la « réelle » mise en place du nettoyage covid (assez rare pour le souligner). La propriétaire a très gentiment proposée des accessoires supplémentaires pour notre bébé de 7 mois (baignoire, lit).
