Après 15 jours de beau temps nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa au calme avec une très belle vue sur le golfe de st maxime.Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et avenants. Vraiment nous recommandons cette villa.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine. L’accueil était très chaleureux, la maison était impeccable et décorée avec beaucoup de soin. La propriétaire était très attentive et cela était très agréable. La villa est située idéalement au dessus du golf dans un endroit très calme! Situé à 5’ en voiture de la mer. La piscine et le jardin super bien entrenenus nous ont comblés! Nous recommandons vivement!

Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus in Saint-Maxime. Die Umgebung war herrlich ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen – und der Ausblick auf den Golfplatz war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus selbst war sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend. Für 4 Personen war die Größe perfekt. Das Haus wird von den Eigentümern persönlich betreut. Die Ausstattung ist prima, die Anlange sehr sauber.

Ganz tolles Haus

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist grandios. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Pool lädt ein zu lauschigen Abenden. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

A recommander sans aucune hésitation!

Excellent séjour! La propreté des lieux, la beauté du jardin avec piscine, la décoration avec goût de la location et son équipement complet était au rendez-vous. Sans oublier la localisation ! De plus la propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Un seul regret : ne pas avoir pu rester un petit peu plus longtemps ! A recommander sans aucune hésitation !

Quelle semaine merveilleuse!!. Tout y est: emplacement, propreté, jardin magnifique, calme, piscine, pétanque ping pong, salon de jardin protection au vent, chambres avec sdb, etc etc...un point devrait être souligné d avantage dans l annonce: vue totalement dégagée sur le golf de Ste Maxime, 0 vis à vis, on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Magnifique villa !!!

Cependant quelques bémols. Annonce incomplète : il n’est pas précisé qu’il y a un studio occupé fréquemment par les propriétaires dans la partie basse de la maison. Regret de ne pas avoir été prévenus avant notre arrivée que le portail avait été détruit (présence de sangliers dans le quartier : une échelle posée sur le sol en guise de protection). Maison d’une propreté irréprochable, hormis les poubelles de ville en partie remplies.

Prachtige villa in een rustige wijk.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze prachtige villa met alle gemakken, welke je in een vakantieweek nodig hebt. Prima bedden met een waaier op de kamers. In de woning en keuken is alles aanwezig. Vanaf het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de golfbaan van Sainte Maxime en in de verte zie je de baai van St.Tropez. De villa ligt ongeveer 1-2 km. van het centrum en de supermarché. Het zwembad is wat aan de kleine kant, maar past prima in de mooi aangelegde en prima onderhouden tuin. De wifi ontvangst is matig. Verder hebben we hier een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad en komen hier zeker terug.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Die Villa war sehr sauber und der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Es ist genug Platz für 6 Personen. Die nette Vermieterin spricht ausschließlich französisch, hat sich um alle Belange gekümmert und ist im Fall der Fälle schnell zur Stelle. Dieses Domizil ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Domizil mit Wohlfühlcharacter

Im Oktober 2016 verbrachten wir zum zweiten Mal erhosame Urlaubswochen in diesem schönen Haus. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt mit liebevoll eingerichteten Details. Durch die Lage am Ende einer Straße gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr und ermöglicht ein ruhiges Wohnen. Der Blick auf den Golf von St. Tropez in der Ferne und der gepflegte Garten tragen zur Entspannung und Erholung bei. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist die Hausherrin sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle. Das Haus ist für 6 Erwachsene nutzbar. Allerdings ist ein Bett nur 140 cm breit. Da wären 20 cm mehr für uns wünschenswert. Dies bedingt den Abzug von einem Stern. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Feriendomizil!

Séjour très agréable à St Mxime

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables à Sainte Maxime, dans une villa très bien située, au calme, avec une vue remarquable sur le Golf, nous avons profité d'un magnifique jardin et de la piscine tout le long du séjour. Mention toute particulière pour la qualité de l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires, tout à fait charmants. Villa a recommander pour un séjour de qualité!!

Traumhafter Garten, schönes Haus, prima Pool

Diese Villa hat Charme. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles ist tadellos sauber. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit sehr gepflegtem Garten und Pool und großem Esstisch, 6 Liegen und Loungemöbeln. Der Golfplatz ist nah, der Golf von St. Tropez in der Ferne zu sehen. Madame ist liebenswert und unkompliziert und spricht nur französisch. Der Garten wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Pool auch, könnte aber noch öfter gesaugt werden. Die Doppelbetten haben französisches Maß. Bäder sind tadellos gepflegt. Man merkt, dass die Villa privat bewohnt wird! Man sollte vorab klären, ob Bettwäsche gestellt wird! Besser mitbringen. Une villa charmante et aimable come madame ! À recommander!

Simply stunning!

The property is furnished to a very high standard and feels like a 'home from home', with all the amenities you could possibly need to ensure you can spend your time relaxing. It is a beautiful, spacious and welcoming villa and fantastic views. The location is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back and visit again. Thank you Nathalie.

séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. La villa est vraiment impeccable, très bien entretenue. Vue sur le golf, jardin manucuré, piscine très agréable, grande terrasse, BBQ, terrain de pétanque: tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des bonnes vacances! Mme. Pelissier a été très accueillante et aux petit soins tout comme ses deux filles Julia et Audrey qui sont venues garder notre petite fille. Audrey est infirmière et Julia étudiante en puériculture: que rêver de mieux... Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location. J'espère que nous pourrons y retourner très prochainement!

Merci pour ces belles vacances

Que dire de cette maison entourée d'un superbe jardin si ce n'est que c'est la maison ideale pour se reposer ,déco soignée, très bien aménagée tout cela dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre ville mais tout cela ne serait rien sans compter sur l'accueil et la gentillesse de mme Pellissier.

Beautiful house, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice bed linen, excellent bathrooms, clean and quite – kids didn't want to leave the house even for the beach! The swimming pool’s size was just right: our 6year old could safely enter, adults could jump into the water – fits everyone’s needs. Oven, washing machine and dishwasher – all good quality brands.As already mentioned – great view, sunny, fantastic lawn for small kids to play, no eye-to-eye neighbors. And of course a playground for petanque – was great to play after dinner! The bottom line is – this is the house you wouldn't want to leave!

Empfehlenswert !

Das Haus & Grundstück befinden sich in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Privatsphäre + Erholung sind garantiert. Toller Ausblick, man sieht sogar noch ein Stück vom Meer. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder. Kritikpunkte: WLAN ist relativ schwach und nur aus der Küche brauchbar Teller & Besteck waren nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Der Pool wurde nicht wie vom Eigent¨ümer angekündigt während der Woche gereinigt - war nach 3 Tagen dementsprechend schmutzig. Das Grillgitter des Weber-Grills war völlig verschmutzt. Da keine Reinigungsutensilien vorhanden waren, haben wir kurzerhand ein neues Grillgitter gekauft, das wir dort gelassen haben. Die verschiedenen Areale des Grills werden leider nicht gleichmässig erhitzt - die Qualität des Grills lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Naturgemäss war es Ende April den ein- oder anderen Tag etwas kalt. Wegen unseres 1jährigen Sohnes haben wir die Heizung einschalten lassen. Genutzt haben wir sie an 2 Tagen, bezahlen mussten wir trotzdem für die komplette Woche 80 Euro.
