Ski in and out, relax on the private deck or in the Hot Tub after a great day in the mountains. Permitted parking included, the parking pass is included in your check in packet when you arrive.
This condo has been newly remodeled in western mountain decor with great soft colors and unique furniture and accents. This unit sleeps one to four comfortably.
Fully furnished kitchen so you can cook your meals in and get on the trails quickly. The fireplace is a gas enclosed unit that operates with an idependent thermostat.
Trails End has keyless, secured lobby entry, two interior elevators, two stairways, on site ski storage and parking by permit.
The best thing is you go out the AUTOMATIC opening doors, step into your skis, go 60 meters DOWN the hill, and you are at the Peak Nine base area served by a hi-speed eight person chair. Located by the Maggie Pond and the Village complex, it couldn't be any easier!

Great location.. Quicksilver lift is a short walk out the back door of the building. Common ski storage room (no lockers, just open racks) gets full early. Location is also close in elevation to downtown, which makes for a relatively easy walk back after a night out compared to properties higher up the mountain for us sea level dwellers. Nice place overall, would stay there again.
Very comfortable 1 bdrm condo right at the base of peak 9. Also a short walk to Main St to enjoy shops and restaurants. We've stayed here several times and look forward to returning in the future.

The room is small, but the location of the building is great - you are right there on the mountain, it’s a true ski in - ski out unit. We enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed. Check in process was easy - just go to the office in the city and pick up everything. We checked in on a Sunday and there was someone at the office to give us the keys and the instructions. We will definitely rent this unit again.
Easy ski-in, ski-out and walk to Main Street location.
Took two of my adult kids on a 4-day ski weekend. Location was great. Walked out and skied down to the Peak 9 Base lift. Skied back at end of the day to the back door of the condo complex. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Only complaint is the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, but I've never slept on one I enjoyed....
Property is in a great location - very close to Peak 9 lift and Breck Sports ski rental shops so you are really able to ski in/out. It's also a quick (5min) walk to main street. The building is a bit outdated and the unit is as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was powerful. The owner of the property was also very timely in responding to messages which is always helpful.
Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed, and was extremely close to the quicksilver lift. Getting to Main Street and the mountain were no issue. Would recommend having an alternative to pick up and drop off keys however if you’re not renting a vehicle. The unit and dropbox are a decent distance away from each other. We ended up using Uber and walking for both, due to our using a shuttle from DIA.

We are glad you enjoyed Trails End #207. Most airport shuttle companies will stop at our office, let you hop out to get your check-in package, and then proceed to Trails End. Call us next time for recommendations of shuttle companies that are more accommodating.
We had a great time at Marks place. We stayed for a total of 6 days and snowboarding 3 of those of days. The location to lift was amazing! You cannot get a closer/better location to jump on quicksilver lift or to rent our equipment/grab a drink at Maggie’s. Also super close walk to everything on Main Street. We walked everyday and didn’t require a car/Uber/or bus. The only thing I would like to see updated would be perhaps some of the interior/appliances to something slightly more modern. The check in process was fine, we picked up our keys about 0.3 miles away from the unit (15min walk). I wish the pick up and drop off keys would be at the condo itself which would help specially when arriving/leaving with multiple bags and having to coordinate shuttles/buses to take us to get/drop off keys. The key thing was very minor. I look forward to renting this unit out again in the future. I hope to come back every winter to Marks place!
A nice condo for two. Great location within short walk to restaurants, bars, etc., and right on the free bus line (gray). It would be on the small side if anyone was sleeping on the foldout couch. The only eating area is at the island or sitting in the LR. The decor feels dated although the flooring may have been upgraded recently. The shower was powerful.
This rental was just what I needed for a week long event. No frills and quiet. Close to the ski area. Ski in/ski out was useful. Clean and had everything needed.
Trails End is a terrific place to stay. I love the location, very convenient to downtown. The walk over the bridge and through the trees to the slopes is beautiful. I will choose to stay here whenever I come to Breckenridge.
This was a great vacation. The proximity to the slopes and to town was terrific. The steps at the main entrance were a little difficult to negotiate with all my luggage. I really enjoyed the condo, very warm and comfortable. (needs additional convenient outlets)
The ski locker room was convenient although the lock mechanisms were nonfunctional for modern skis and snowboards.
I would definitely stay here again.
Great stay despite the unexpected closure of the resort lifts. Prompt comms with the owner to sort out our forced Virus early departure back to UK, will be back asap.

Our family has owned this unit at Trails End unit since 1972! Our mom, Pattie French, purchased the Condo when I was six and my sister was 2. We are lucky to have grown up skiing, hiking and biking in Breckenridge. We are also lucky to have so many great renters through the years. Starting in 2019, my sister and I are managing the unit and we hope to welcome you soon.
