This beautiful condo has new living room furniture, new flooring, recently painted, and new decor throughout the unit. Condo 501 is located on top floor of the promenade condominiums. 2-bedroom, 2 bath w/pull-out sofa sleeper. Tastefully coastal decor and new furnishings make for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped with kitchen furnished for 6 guests. The master bedroom has king bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom has double sinks and a jetted spa tub and separate walk-in shower. In your 2nd bedroom, you will have a queen bed and a full bathroom located just across the hallway with shower/tub combo. In the living room you will have a gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and an unobstructed ocean view from your dining room, kitchen, and living room. Full size Washer/Dryer located in the laundry room. Cable & Complementary Wi-Fi throughout the unit for your stay.

What a View

This top floor unit offered a lovely view that stretched from Tillamook Head to Fort Stevens State Park. The sunsets were spectacular and made our stay memorable.

Great condo - great location!

This was such an exceptional location - easy to walk everywhere, beautiful unit, wonderful views right on the beach. Parking was great, and we really appreciated having the luggage carts and elevator to get to the top floor! LOVED IT - we'll definitely stay here again on our next long weekend in Seaside! I really didn't want to leave!

marvelous ocean view!

I came with my two daughters to celebrate two birthdays! The condo was perfect for us…the ocean view was fabulous! Loved the decor and location. Beds were comfy cozy…slept like a lamb! We will definitely be back!

Great building and property, management problem

Our stay was great The condo is beautiful and it was nice and clean and the location is amazing. The reason I gave it lower stars in my rating is because of the property management company. There are a few people who work there that are not professional and can be rude at times. It made a damper for our vacation ending and just something that could have been avoided and not a nice way to end our stay. Also this has happened before when we stayed in this property. We have stayed at this building for over 15 years. The management used to be nicer and helpful. Now they pick out problems with those who stay in the building and used communication that was not professional.

Great Week

A great flat. Larger than average and a lot of opportunities for privacy. Small deck overlooking the promenade which is worth the trip alone. The property manager, Lisa, is located nearby and will do whatever it takes to make the trip perfect. Property maintenance is good. Being on the top floor gives a beautiful view of the ocean.

The beach!

Seaside is a great base camp for exploring the northern Oregon Coast. This unit has a spectacular view (we watched Harbor Porpoises from the windows every evening), easy beach/promenade access, and is comfortable for 4 adults.

Relaxing and rejuvenating, with gorgeous sunsets

This exceeded our expectations! The vacation home was immaculate and had the amenities we needed, and some we didn’t choose to use. We chose to walk to different coffee shops and breakfast spots in the mornings so we didn’t use the coffee maker. Great communication, and directions for arrival and parking. The location is perfect; close to attractions, restaurants, promenade and shopping. Gorgeous sunsets, weather was great, even a sun filled 58 degree day at the end of February! Thank you for sharing your place with us, we definitely would return and stay here again.

Amazing beach front home

We stayed here for a family trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The place was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfy even the sofa bed, lots of towels, extra blankets, etc. The balcony was great with a wonderful view of the ocean! Great location, close to everything within walking distance. Great communication and super easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

Gorgeous view

The unit was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean . The only negative was all of the fires on the beach at night and the ensuing smoke . We weren't able to have windows open at night because of the smoke . One night I counted 26 . I guess that's something you have to accept if you want to be ocean front in Seaside . But the unit was a 10 .

Beautiful

The unit we had was so beautiful, great view, easy walking to the aquarium and boardwalk. My 4 year old grandson had an amazing time he did not want to leave this morning. Once we arrived we only drove the car once and that was to go to the outlet mall. We will be back Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in there unit.

Grand girls at Miss Oregon Pageant

Both of my granddaughters were princesses for contestants in the Miss Oregon Pageant. It was so nice to stay in a place so close to the events so we could just walk back and forth and not have to drive. It was a very busy 4 days so to have such a nice place to stay and relax while enjoying the ocean view was wonderful
