Are you coming to Seaside looking for an unobstructed oceanfront recently updated close to town & everywhere you want to be - condo for up to 6 guests? This is the unit is for you! This beautiful condo has new living room furniture, new flooring, recently painted, and new decor throughout the unit. Condo 501 is located on top floor of the promenade condominiums. 2-bedroom, 2 bath w/pull-out sofa sleeper. Tastefully coastal decor and new furnishings make for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped with kitchen furnished for 6 guests. The master bedroom has king bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom has double sinks and a jetted spa tub and separate walk-in shower. In your 2nd bedroom, you will have a queen bed and a full bathroom located just across the hallway with shower/tub combo. In the living room you will have a gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and an unobstructed ocean view from your dining room, kitchen, and living room. Full size Washer/Dryer located in the laundry room. Cable & Complementary Wi-Fi throughout the unit for your stay.

The whole package stood out. Your place was absolutely wonderful and the view was spectacular. We’d get up every morning and have breakfast by the window and enjoy the view for a bit and then start our day. Did lots of sightseeing but the night never ended because coming back to your place was just the icing on the cake. Thank you again for letting us stay there. We will definitely do this again.

Great place to stay in Seaside; super clean, updated with all the necessary amenities, quiet, spectacular view of ocean and quick walk to shops,restaurants, etc. Sharon and Lisa were both very responsive to any queries, etc. Would love to come back to stay again!

What a View

This top floor unit offered a lovely view that stretched from Tillamook Head to Fort Stevens State Park. The sunsets were spectacular and made our stay memorable.

Great condo - great location!

This was such an exceptional location - easy to walk everywhere, beautiful unit, wonderful views right on the beach. Parking was great, and we really appreciated having the luggage carts and elevator to get to the top floor! LOVED IT - we'll definitely stay here again on our next long weekend in Seaside! I really didn't want to leave!

The location of the property is perfect for walking into Seaside, walking on the beach and it's views. Beds were comfortable, parking and check-in were good. We need to be honest about the condition of the condo as it was "relatively" clean but several things need attention. The rugs in both bathrooms had not been washed for our stay. The vent over the toilet in the master bedroom is black (gross) and needs to be cleaned. The ceiling is peeling in the hall bath. The large living room windows and screens are very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for quite a while as with the large dining room and kitchen windows.
